That was probably the most satisfying season finale to an MCU series. Loved every moment of it

Lets not BS here, Loki season 2 hard carried this part of the MCU

There is no doubt that this is the best show marvel has ever made. This felt like something fresh and superior than the rest of the shows

Just giving another shout out to Natalie Holt and the incredible job she did scoring this show. The music ranged from silly, to heartbreaking, to incredibly epic. Brava!

When Loki wanted a throne, he couldn't have it. Now, when he didn't want a throne, he had to take it. I love that's how he got finally his Glorious Purpose. This season finale made me cried !

I like how Kang suspected that Loki would time jump and save him.

I hope Loki season 2 wins all the upcoming awards. The show truly deserves everything !!

“The god of sacrifice”. Yes. I loved this turn of events for Loki. “A time gardener”…yep, that too!

The same variants who created the chaos of the multiverse also repaired and stabilized it. Another ouroboros. Loki is absolutely my favorite character.

Such a great character arc it has been for TVA Loki, I never knew about his arc about becoming the God of Stories but it was such a brilliant choice to make for this series. I really hope Thor can visit him sometime in the future of the MCU to see that his brother had good in him all along

I don’t think some of them realize Loki basically Has to stay there and hold the Universe Intact with his hands, he has to be alone but as long as his friends are Safe he’s Fine with that It’s a necessary sacrifice to keep them alive.

I have rewatched Loki series finale several times now and i always start crying when Loki starts walking through the stairs on their way to the throne. Glorious purpose.

As a fellow person with ADHD, I agree with Ishara: being in Loki's new position would be hell. It might be entertaining and interesting at first, but then it will become boring and repetitive. (The actual task of dealing with the various timeline branches, that is. This show---both seasons---was beyond amazing! One of the best things to come out from Marvel/MCU!!!)

After in the end, Loki achieved that all this time he only sought to have a throne that could define what he is and give his meaning to knowing about his existence. It is a heartbreaking moment...it hurts that he is alone and they have given him so that his own narrative would give more depth and perfect development. It is the greatest thing that Marvel has done for the character and the entire long journey that Tom Hiddleston took. I adore him very much, and I hope it's not the last time seeing him. I still have faith in that!😭😭💚💚

Seeing all those green timelines reminded me of the Mako Lifestream from Final Fantasy VII. Also, Loki’s conversation with He Who Remains was my favorite scene. At first he was still playful and cracking jokes, but he took the conversation-and Loki-more seriously when they talked about the Loom.

Loki has one of the greatest character arcs of all time. He started the show as a god who wanted to rule everyone and everything in the universe for selfish reasons, to a god who selflessly watches over and protects the MULTIVERSE, in isolation, from a throne outside of time and space. Mobius told him that he needed to choose which burden he could live with to fulfill his purpose, and as heavy as it was, this was the only choice in which all of his friends and family as well as all of the people of the multiverse would be saved. He is a true hero now. My heart absolutely breaks that this Loki is now and possibly always will be alone, but at least he can watch over everyone he cares for from afar. ALL HAIL LOKI, THE GOD OF STORIES!!!!

I can't say enough how amazing this show was...all of the seasons! I agree with the majority, that this is the best thing Marvel put out since End Game. Loki taking his throne was epic! Great reactions.

I recommend watching him talking to BBC 1 interview with Ali Plumb. It's even more emotional hearing Tom talk about the moment he thought about and chose to say "I know who I need to be. For you. For all of us." Referring back to the beginning, Thor 1. And how he cried and it cut to a bts look at him bent over, how he cried before that final shot at the end. Tom was the one that ultimately got me into the MCU. I was a little late to the party but coming across a video with "some guy" named Tom Hiddleston, dressed up as a Loki at a Hall H at a San Diego Comic Con. I was hooked. I thought, "This guy. I don’t know who he is but i like him, i love him already!" For someone to dress up as their character and control a crowd like Freddy Mercury would 😅 Which reminds me, you cannot convince me otherwise....Freddy Mercury....was a Loki variant 💚 with a more shy and soft side in every day life. But on the stage.....😅

Little late but I have to appreciate the editing. The bouncing off of each reactor, connecting what is being said to the other in tight cutting succession is impressive.

I remember Elder Loki in Season One yelling "Glorious Purpose!" when he sacrificed himself. It seemed that for the Loki, the Glorious Purpose was always to sacrifice himself. Same as Tony Stark...his journey was from Iron Man 1st movie to Avengers: End Game. Playboy Billionaire Philanthropist to the one who died to bring back half of the Universe. The writers of this show are amazing, bringing together the various Loki resources/storylines to this Epic series. Bravo! And...Loki's story continues 🙂

Loki is definitely the best MCU show and the best MCU proyect since Endgame. Just look at all they made in only 12 episodes. And Loki crowns himself as the best developed character of the MCU. His character arc through these 14 years has been amazing. It's sad he had to leave all his friends behind to save them and the entire multiverse, taking the throne he once wanted but not anymore. Burden with glorious purpose. This was beautiful, and epic. We shall never forget Loki (If he doesn't come back, like he always does XD).

Most purpose is more burden than glory. Now that's a heavy lesson for life.

Not only was this a brilliant episode (along with episode 4), but it was easily the best finale of the Disney+ MCU shows. At the beginning, Loki was an arrogant jerk who felt that he was entitled to be a ruler and have a throne. He went on to sacrifice his way of life to save everything, ironically getting a throne in the process. It's sad yet brilliantly done. Also, huge props to composer Natalie Holt who I think composed the best TV soundtrack of the year.

When the view pulled out to show Yggdrasil, I audibly gasped. Wonderful storytelling right there, and as horribly muddled as the whole 'multiverse' stage of the MCU has been, this is a nice attempt to try and pull everything back into what could be considered a cohesive whole again.

that was a good catch that loki was watching mobius (and probably all his friends) the whole time. he has that to keep him entertained. or he could use his loki duplication magic to show up anytime he wants.

I have a feeling Secret Wars is going to end up having the heroes save Loki from the next threat to the multiverse

I like that with the nature of time travel as they have laid out the fact that Loki is now at the heart of Yggdrasill(or the worlds tree) basically means that Loki was the cause of Yggdrasill to form from the beginning we're just seeing it now but with the time travel element it always was (and I think I melted my brain)

Only thing I'd would've loved to see is when Loki was walking out to the Loom there was a brief voice over of Thor from Thor Ragnarok when he told Loki "you could be so much more brother".

I hope he someday gets to reunite with Thor. Even if it's just once. Thor needs to know that Loki did right by him. I hope Odin and Frigga knows what he did. I know they would be very proud of him. Especially Frigga.
