This was one of the best episode of What if, I always like to see different heroes team up.

Hank's conversation with young Peter and Howard's conversation with The Winter Soldier were the best dialogues of season 2. That scene was so powerful. This episode had heart which is missing from recent Marvel movies and TV shows.

Peter pulled out the most Anime blast sequence ever during the final fight and it was awesome!

I love how Wendy Lawson was the Toni Stark of this group. This is the best group of misfits ever! I love how they brought the Avengers theme back at the end.

This episode deserves to have a Disney+ spin off series of the 80s Avengers Imagine what events have been altered in this universe Also who else missed that beautiful Avengers theme?

Best Episode Of The Season and one of the best of the show. Great use of the What If Idea and Great version of The Avengers. Will love to see This Version of The Avengers In Secret Wars.

Loved this "retro" Avengers team and would love to see another episode like that but featuring "The Invaders", a superhero team that fought in World War II. Episode starts with HYDRA doing some sort of undersea operation that threatens Namor's people, forcing him to reveal himself to the surface decades early. After initially fighting with Cap, Namor and Cap form the Invaders to take on HYDRA. Other members include: - Bucky. - The original Human Torch (thus paying off the Torch's Easter Egg appearance in The First Avenger) - Young Isaiah Bradley - Dottie Underwood's Black Widow (from the Agent Carter show) - A Canadian Special Forces soldier named "Lucky Jim" with healing and bone claws, thus giving fans the Captain America and Wolverine crossover the MCU could never do.

The Kree person was Mar Vell, who helped the Skrulls and built the engine that gave Captain Marvel her powers.

That's not Bill Foster. It's just The Beyonder in disguise! 😁

This episode was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed all of season 2. A.C. Bradley should be helming these phases of the MCU. She does multiverse right.

I really enjoyed this episode. I loved this version of the Avengers as well as the relationship between Hope van Dyne and Peter Quill. It would be great if a Disney Plus spin-off series of the 80s Avengers were to happen.

Okay, I mean no disrespect to the actors involved, but how is it possible that this child version of Peter and Hope, in this animated spin-off, with only a couple of minutes of screentime together, have somehow managed to have more chemistry than either character has had with their respective canonical adult love interests despite them getting a trilogy each to be shown together? 😅
