Well what's the alternative in a game where the maps include forests and deserts? If he's unable to swing in those locations, people will complain. What's the point in being spiderman if you can't swing?

@doctor Stephen strange Mmm sure sure but it could've been way better they literally just did skill points again and the same combat movements to the other spiderman game. Trust me when i say they could've done more. It was good but could be better.

@@TheGoat33611 the fight also were 2 simple in both games mash x get them to certain threshold then get cutscene or deal finishing blow. Even then maybe it would be ok if the cutscenes after the finishing blow offer interactions. The enemies are copied and paste game after game you easily press O and mash X.

There aren't missions to do. There are challenges to do in ordinary missions when playing as him. You can see it in this video too

They did Spider-Man like that due to him being a console-exclusive, so they basically made him like a bonus character for Playstation owners without a story (only giving him missions and audio logs) because of the backlash he got for his console exclusivity (it's no wonder games like Mortal Kombat and Soul Calibur stopped doing console exclusive character).
