Love this series! Alternate reality full stories are always so fun, because it doesn’t take a lot of background knowledge. Officially requesting Marvel 1602!
That being so, maybe in this universe cap was the start. Since he is titled the first avenger they base the avengers off of him🤷🏻. It isn't accurate, but it makes sense for the sake of the story
@@blamkazam7943 incorrect. This is not an alternate universe, but the normal one, modified. Phil Coulson even said he shouldn't have left him in the ice, indicating he didn't craft this timeline wholesale but modify it. Further supported by Captain America seeing what's wrong, indicating his life had been the same before the ice. It's unlikely Coulson modified more than 100 years of history tops.

You know your probably right. I don't know a whole whole lot about comics. But I have some base knowledge. Just putting my thoughts out there to be agreed with or to learn more🤷🏻
@@blamkazam7943 no worries dude, if you didn't pose the concept I couldn't explain why it's incorrect and what's to be gained there? We're all fans and some stuff is opinion, some isn't. When it comes to facts we should all want them, regardless of what they are. Also, it's not totally misguided to believe this is an alternate universe, but unlike other possible futures that were changed and branched into their own universe, the characters from Heroes Reborn were simply restored to their previous lives, that specific reality was simply changed back and no longer exists.
I really feel bad for The Hulk honestly. Getting The Avengers back together eventually in this just doesn't feel complete without him honestly since he at least remembered the world before like Blade does. It's just a tragic sight to see 😞

Everyone saying ‘Captain America wasn’t a founding member’, Man fought during WW2, he had to be explained to be frozen in ice in order to make sense continuing as an Avenger in his prime. Of course killing him off before the rest of the Avengers formed could be a reason to explain a timeline change
The Zarda in this one was a beast and her back story is wild. Even though most, if not all of it was fake. Coulson and Mephisto created this Squadron Supreme of America, and when Coulson recreated the world he have them these new lives. Later, when everything was returned to normal, Nighthawk found where Coulson created them. But I wonder if its just a vat that he was created in and the other were just brainwashed or were they all make?
The Boys? The Squadron Supreme/Sinister was originally created as a tribute to the JLA in the late 60's or early 70's. I'm sure you mean this specific run. I'm not sure why Nighthawk is black but that's been for a while now. Wow, you have to be the only one to do the whole series, even the side issues. Thanks!
Yes they created the Squadron because they couldn't agree on the rights during the negotiations for a JLA vs Avengers back in the day. So Marvel just for the sake of not losing all the work, adapted the script and created the Squadron to replace the JLA
They are not wrong. Superman is one caliber higher than any Justice League’r. He IS the big gun. And it is not even a contest. If Superman fails, everybody would fail

This writer at least gets that Spiderman and Batman are analogs. Everyone else always trys to compare Batman to Iorn Man or Black Panther. Spiderman is Batman with optimism and emotional support.
Spiderman is more like superman.... the only thing spidey & bats have in common is acrobatics & spying on ppl, which is kind of thing amongst all heroes. I just can't see it
@@weelzneal4768 They have the same journey in life and are raised by a similar figure while also dealing with similar situations. Their rogues mirror each other perfectly. They both are excellent fighters who don't give up but rely on intellect as their primary power. They both create empathy with their adversaries and have a desire to help or cure them if possible. Both rely on psychological tactics to put foes off balance. Both of them swing along the rooftops of major metropolitan cities at night focusing on street crime and helping the average citizens. They both were instilled with the with great power comes great responsibility theme from a father figure. Batman doesn't have spider powers but he's filthy rich and has unrestricted access throughout the city so equate money with power and everything else is a match. Superman's got nothing in common with him other than a few suit colors
@@AnomalyINC One thing I forgot is that both have contingency plans for heroes they work with in case they go bad or are controlled. Due to the optimism of the Spiderman comics this comes out in a good and helpful way that bonds him to others while with Batman the info is used as a threat or stolen by villains and alienates him from other heroes.

I don't know why Benny skipped the ending to the Shutterbug story. Peter doesn't become a superhero, he jumps out of a window and kills himself to stop the Ultron nanites from transforming him, happy to know that he found that his purpose in life was to die so that others may live. I'm not joking, that's the actual ending, and I have no idea why it was skipped over.

Yeah, this is not good. Nobody understands how to write a Superman story anymore. Clark Kent is not overly patriotic. and he’s not the center of the story. I know this is a parity of the justice league, but it seems like the young riders are more concerned with an alternative lifestyles then getting the characters right
I mean, Flash isn't a hyper active attention seeker that needed mystic help to slow down and Batman isn't a congressman that doesn't really care about the death of his parents. Wonder Woman is a warrior but she isn't a blood thirsty killer that only wants to fuck and kill. These characters are very broad stroke pastiches that are just superficial matches to the Justice League. They're authoritarian and borderline evil. They're not supposed to be the actual Justice League.
