Marvel's Spider-Man 2 - I Can't Believe They're Adding THIS!

One last thing that I am hoping they add (But it's not the end of the world if they don't) is Toggle Symbiote Dialogue for Peter post-game. If I'm playing with the Black Suit post-game, I would very much love the option to bring back Peter's aggressive dialogue when fighting crime. But if not, that's fine, it's not a big deal, but it would be cool.

One thing they need to add, Peter showing up during crimes when playing as Miles, Peter hasn’t shown up in the free roaming crimes, like at all

I think it would be really cool if they added a setting to the rage mode in Spider-Man 2 where you can turn into one of the other suit that you select enrage mode. Especially with the Sam Ramey suit turning into the black symbio version Would be cool if they just added it for that 1 alone. Hopefully they do that with another update in the future.

I appreciate the ability to switch tendril colors, but another thing I’m hoping to see, but not holding my breath on, is the ability to switch parry animations from either the iron arms or tendrils.

Well, the majority of us are hyped anyway, me included!!! I've seen some people that are not. They say "the game is dead", "this shouldn't have taken so long" which I agree, it shouldn't have. However, I've also seen where some have attacked Insomniac for this saying stuff like: "I don't care what they've been going through, there's no excuse for this!" Bottom line: people are always gonna complain no matter what. I'm excited for March 7th!!! I'm hoping along with everything, we get the first DLC, but I won't be surprised if we don't. I just hope DLC is coming sooner rather than later!

I would also love if they added the Agent Venom suit to the game because I love that look of that suit and I just really like Agent Venom in general. I honestly think that’s what you’re reward for Peter should have been once you clear out all the symbiote nests, along with the King in Black suit for Miles. It’s so weird that you can do the nests as both Peter and Miles, but you only unlock a suit for Miles. Either way, I’m really excited for this update.

Alongside the Prowler Suit for Miles we NEED a Spider-Cop suit for Peter

I hope this update can fix the parrying when you switch out the syimbio suit to advance suit 2.0 peters, mechanical arms will come out

Since what Suit Spidey is wearing is SO critical to this story, it makes sense that suits are locked thru your intial cinematic playthrough.

Also its worth mentioning that 5 dollars only goes to the charity if it was bought in the US and the suits will become free in april when the "event" is finished. It's up to 1 million or until the deadline (i think 5th april) then the suits will be free.

I'd like to see some NG+ specific trophies come to the table .. "Defeat Venom .. again", "Collect all NG+ suits" .. just to name a couple ... maybe even what Remastered did .. "Complete the story on Ultimate difficulty"

I think the symbiote suit styles being locked till Ng+ is logical.

I’m still hoping they allow more to do after you beat the game crime wise. The same 5 crimes get boring and repetitive and I hope they add a little more.

I hope they make it so that when you activate symbiote surge while wearing a different version of the black suit, it won't be overridden by the base symbiote/anti-venom suit.

i hope we get an Across the Spider-Verse “Suit Pack” with Peter getting the Peter B and Miguel suits and Miles getting Hobie and Prowler 42 suits

I honestly wouldn’t mind if there was a special unlockable suit for beating ultimate difficulty I love when games give you an in game reward for beating the hardest difficulty like the handcannon in dead space

2:15 that’s not what ultimate levels are, ultimate levels are like the levels past the current maximum. You don’t need to play on ultimate difficulty

I have always said they should add the Agent Venom suit to the game and if that happens, don't be surprised if people start calling it the best symbiote suit in the game.

If there's one suit i want added to MSM2, its Ben Reillys Sensational suit, i feel like its long overdue in these games imo

Coming back to the vid after playing the update. They really didn’t do much at all… Ng+ feels way to easy on ultimate difficulty now with all of your upgrades. All they gave us was Ng+ with everything being the same except: -4 new suits, 2 of which you gota pay for, 1 of them being actual cool (at least it’s the free one) -variants for the black/anti venom suits -able to use all of the suit tech upgrades “suit tech fusion” -using whatever suit during cutscenes -change time of day -change tendrils black or white only -gold gadgets reskin -replay missions All of these should’ve been in the game at launch minus the gold gadgets, that’s just a useless addition. Ng+ update should’ve had everything I mentioned and: -harder difficulty to choose from -change weather -more tendril colours to match different suits -option to change spider arms with tendrils during traversal -more frequent and unique crime mini missions -new skills to choose from (like in Miles Morales)

Bro Miles and Peter’s homemade suits look more dynamic and better than the evolved suit

I actually want to use evolved suit but I want to change it style without new game + because normal suit is meh but its styles are much better

I'm glad we're getting all these features, even if it took so long. I also hope we get DLC sometime later this year. I trust Insomniac but I don't trust Sony. They're capable of re-releasing the game with a Director's Cut with all the material they cut out and then release the DLC. (Well if they make the Director's Cut an upgradable update, that could work... Maybe they should do that. Oh no, I'm giving Sony ideas, I should probably stop.)

I would’ve loved to play as a symbiote character. Like imagined agent venom being playable. While Peter is gadget based and miles uses bio electricity I would love to have a third playable character be symbiotic based. Idk maybe in a future spiderman

I’d love a horde mode. Hordes of enemies coming at you just like the first game. It was great going back to hideouts and beating up the demons. I hope they add those…

Something I hope they add is the agility to play the Mysterio challenges as peter, and also the ability to spawn in random crimes through the FNSM app like the miles morales game had

As far as changing time of day, I wish weather was included because man I miss exploring New York in the snow like in Miles Morales. I especially miss how colorful the sky was as well.

I hope down the road, they add recolors for the movie suits (especially an advanced suit recolor for the hybrid suit) and the ability to make custom suit recolors.

3:15 did nobody remember level 50 in Spider-Man 1? You’d get an ultimate level which gave you +1% damage, +1% focus and some other boosts (Add Peter (Spiderverse)!)

Btw in case anyone is wondering someone on Twitter/X asked James Stevenson who’s an employee at insomniac asked if there’s going to be a weather setting in the time of day specifically rain and James in quote stated “The time of day where it rains in the main game is one of the options.”

Give me back the old suits. I like the new suits too, but the old ones were so different from each other, in this game I have the feeling that when I look at the peter suits I only see red and blue suits, please remove all those crappy MCU suits that no one likes or cares about and give us back the kaine suit, the spider armors, the big time suit, the ghost spider, the fear itself suit, the last stand suit, the velocity suit, the black cat suit and a lot more, those were just too beatyful

One of the scenarios I had in mind for New Game + was that scene where Peter is given the symbiote and maybe you change the suit from the base to the classic or raimi suits when you transform during the cutscene.

I just want the black suit toggle from WOS, with the two separate skill trees… when in a normal suit you use the iron arm skill tree, if your using the symbiote you use the tendril skill tree…. Id love to switch between rami suits mid swing…. Not to mention the coding for the switch between the two is already there with surge… its be nice to equip what 2 suits you want to use with a 3rd selected for surge

Here is something I really wanted to be added. You know how for Peter there is the symbiote rage? Maybe for the abilities you could switch from the rage to something like an iron arm rampage! Where your arms stay out and you can go ALL OUT (unlike the wheel abilities that stay out just for a few seconds) caboose can you please make a video about that?

I also wish they would add a few more symbiote suits and rebuy suits in general especially black suits like Spider-Carnage,Agent Venom(From this game),Spectacular black suit,Spider-Man TAS,Spider-Man Unlimited show suit,sensational suit,Miles Prowler suit,Miles Vampire hunting suit(Blade gave it to him in a recent comic) and Ultimate Peters new black suit from the current comic run

I definitely wanna support gameheads but those suits are honestly just wayyy too goofy.

I hope they add a loadout feature , especially so for Peter. If I’m fighting crime with both hunters and symbiotes , I’d love to use the spider arm abilities on the hunters , and then quickly be able to switch to symbiote abilities to do massive damage to the symbiotes

I really am a Daredevil fan because that Easter Egg makes me flip out in excitement I think he's the coolest marvel character and I feel like Daredevil has got to do something with the dlc because they had a notice and then they said that they basically paid they're bills so the fact that they're paying their bills makes me think Daredevil could show up plus kingpin was involved in the first game and Miles had a mission on instrument heists, fisk has a violin named vanessa

i think they should add world shaders like a comic shader for the spiderverse enjoyers, black and white for the noir enjoyers, or special movie style shaders to make new york look like it does in the moves.

They should have just put Wolverine/Blade in the Spiderman Game 2. I think they would have been better off especially if they are putting Dare D in the game.

Bro take a shot everytime this man says “suit” in this video. The update is going to be so lackluster. All they’ve talked about are these damn “suits” it’s so stupid.

One thing I'd like added is being able to play in spiderverse suits in the same frames as the other suits. It's a cool aesthetic, but gets annoying after a while.

I hope the Agent Venom suit is just a new suit that is unlocked during the symbiote time in Act 2 during NG+. I also hope that gets a variant skin where you can flip the colors for an Agent Anti-Venom look that work with when Peter becomes Anti-Venom. Harry becoming both Ultimate Goblin and later Agent Anti-Venom in Spider-Man 3 is ALL I want.

Also just want to state for suicide squad killed the Justice League. I think the best way to help the story problems in the game. If they say Amanda Waller hooked the Justice League up to a machine that simulates real life. Like threats, and then it was just all in their head and she was just trying to see how they would be on the field That could fix a lot of problems With parts of the story such asuch as Batman being in the light again. And how he met the Justice League And so much more

If you read the update blog you would know that ultimate level isn't a difficulty

I'm hoping that they might decide to add more Superior themed suits. The Superior Mk1 suit, Superior Venom,maybe even a what if suit on what Dock Ock would design if he took Miles' body instead of Peters.

Personally I’m excited for the mission replay because after you platinum the game, there isn’t really much to do…

I want to know if you can choose both the regular suit and a symbiote suit combo so like during the cutscene where Peter takes off the symbiote you can have the black Raimi suit and the regular Raimi suit underneath so you cam recreate Spider-Man 3. Speaking of which they really need to fix the classic Raimi suit. Its really starting to bug me they haven’t yet. For those who don’t know what im talking about when you inspect the classic Raimi suit you will notice several issues regarding the raised webbing. Issues which are not present on the black Raimi suit so i really want it fixed. On the chest and upper back the webbing is melted looking at the a second flat layer of metal around the webbing and also on the fingers the webbing also looks melted or it has extra webbing where there isn’t supposed to be.

I wish they gave u new skin options for the other characters too like MJ where u can switch her look to MJ from different movies
