This is just a video of a Marvel VS Capcom 1 playthrough. I am by no means amazing at this game. Platform: FightCade Characters: Spider-Man/Megaman Difficulty: Expert #mvc1 #marvelvscapcom #marvel
Same here and although It may not have been at the chuckecheese but At the donut shop 5 minutes walking distance from my house, i would pick these 2 for the exact same reason.
Same, I was 8 in 2000(guessing that's when the game came out on dreamcast) and had no idea who any of the characters were except spiderman, megaman, ryu, and wolverine
It's satisfying that Spider-Man has that "Infinity" you hear in the background each time he uses a hyper combo I think it's from the game where Thanos is the final bossfight
Honestly this game feels so much louder and exciting and more fun than infinite. How can a 20 year old game like this be so much better heck even the roster is smaller than infinite and yet it feels so much better. I don't think infinite is a bad game Btw it's actually decent but also very disappointing at the same time because it feels like such a step down to both mvc 2 and 3. I think both infinite and PlayStation allstars have to be the most disappointing crossover fighting games in recent memory in my opinion. However both are not terrible like Dream mix TV world fighters or cartoon network punch time explosion and mk vs DC.
i think its due to the 2d graphics, i really like mvc2. its my favorite of the series, 56 characters. i wish they would go back to 2d graphics, mvc4 would be incredible if they put in more characters too, im thinking 70 is a good number.
Capcom was more passionate about making fighting games look visually interesting back in the late-90s/early-2000s. Now ASW lives out the legacy Capcom used to have.
