Same. I think I spent two days straight practicing in training mode just to get her basic moves down, and then my friend still kicked my ass. Let me try practicing on him and then once I started doing a little too good, he decided it's time to lay the smackdown, lol.

It's extremely bittersweet that this game was a flop in Japan but became a hit in the West that grew into a cult following pretty sad that cloverleaf studios is gone and Capcom is barely doing anything with Okami and Veautiful Joe

Which sucks cuz when confronted about it, several of the writing team who still work in games via other studios pointed out that if they ever made an actual sequel (not a chibi rehash of the same shit but plothole filled like capcom's okamiden was) to akami it'd be focused on Isshun and his journey to spread the word of Amaterasu, which could have been a really good premise.

Nakumare I wish that the original team rejoin some day and work on a sequel (a real sequel like you say, no a rehash). I loved the first Okami (personally is one of the best games I've ever played) and I was surprised when I heard that the studio behind its creation was being closed. They were very bad news for me because it actually was one of the best Capcom had in its time.

Capcom would have to snag the assistance of Platinum Games in order to make a “true” sequel to Okami. Also... Okamiden has plotholes? Maybe confusion, but I didn’t see too many plotholes. Time travel is confusing.

Eh, I'm fine with a button list. I saw the weapon changes in videos but for some reason I didn't bother to look at the list until I did. But I actually prefer the default weapon now. It helps me with combos. XD

+kirby dude is awesome My version goes like this: L,M,H,->HHHHHH S MM HH S Hyper 1. I don't remember if you have to be in X-Factor to get MM into HH, but you should always be able to land at least one of the aerial Ms. If you're good with your fingers, you can switch weapons to the glaive before you hit the ground and pick your opponent up for an extended combo before transitioning into the hyper, but I always screw that up.

It had one for the DS a couple years after it came out. It wasn't as fun due to the limited abilities of the system.

I think that's just a rumor. God, I wish it was real though... I don't really count Okamiden, I just want to continue with Ammy/Shiro from where we left off :(

Hunter Vaughn be prepared for the 3 trial demon gates, fully level Ammy, bring 60 holy bone L's, 30 of the other 2, bring at least 10 vengence slips, exorsism L's, Inkfinity stones, at least 20 fist and soul sake's, and practice fighting bull chargers. I strongly suggest getting the ultimate moves/ weapons. Good luck ( you're gonna need it).

3 trial demon gates? You get that when you find all the beads? I beat the game then stopped, but I did find most of the beads, and exactly how hard is that challenge?

ChaosPunishment5 Basically, they took a whole bunch of enemies from different areas and gave them ridiculus buffs and you have to fight a whole bunch of them, then as soon as you finish it another one appears with stronger enemies. Rinse and repeat until a chest spawns. The third one of these has you re-fight some of the bosses that I'll class as swordsmen bosses and they get buffs and you have to fight a few of them at once. I almost got there and my game crashed. Oh yeah, and you have to marathon it until the chest spawns, otherwise, you have to redo all that hard work, so, good friggin luck.

As someone who hasn't played Okami before, I'd like to know the two songs!
