Perfect example of prospect fatigue. Marvins been so clear for over a year now that they turn it into a debate that doesnt exist. Nabers is nasty, but mhj is a generational talent

@@broq9194 idiot take. He's the BEST route runner, has the BEST hands & can make explosive plays. He did it all the way into the Georgia game. He was TORCHING them before he got hurt. MHJ is a 6'4 matchup nightmare & has Larry Fitzgerald written all over him at worst. Idk if he's the best but as far as tape & eye test none of these WRs do anything better than him. They all play in diff offenses so route trees are diff but telling yourself that any of these WRs can catch, run routes better than MHJ is just bias. Also Nabers had Daniels & Odunze had MPJ..

@edenfesi6517
@edenfesi6517 2 месяца назад
@@MikkiChavez Jerry Rice played football from the 80s through the early 2000s, the game is completely different now. Football when Jerry Rice played was about 2 receiver sets and having outside receivers line up on the boundary winning 1-on-1. Nowadays you have motion, the best receivers get used in the slot a bunch, coaches are good at scheming people open, etc. Being a possession guy is great, but most good OCs can get guys open if they're reasonably skilled, so what they actually want is receivers that can go get yards after that. CeeDee, JaMarr, Tyreek, Cooper Kupp, AJ Brown, DJ Moore, Jefferson, etc. To be at the actual top of the top now, you have to be a YAC demon, that's where Nabers wins.

@@jodizzle6321 you’re probably watching just casual highlights on RU-vid. Finally someone that actually took the time to watch tape instead of the controversy hungry regurgitation I’ve been seeing in the comment section. Going off the film, you’ll see how the likes of Alabama and FSU gave Nabers issues when pressed. MHJ also played predominantly on the perimeter (leaving less room to work for rac opportunities) as opposed to Nabers who played mostly out of the slot with soft coverage thus providing him greater room to work. The route trees they were tasked with as well weren’t comparable. Also the whole knock of MHJ being an incapable rac threat is laughable to say the least (averaged 6.4/rec). Players with those numbers are the likes of ceedee lamb and Justin Jefferson. Hopefully everyone actually does some homework for a change.

Marvin Harrisson is talented and polished - but in a way, that's part of his problem... raised by such a prolific H0F WR, MHJ has been coached up to within an inch of his life, meaning that he is a finished product right now. He's as good as he is going to get. Malik Nabors is very raw right now, with lot's of room to improve his game... and he's STILL good enough to be in debate as to which is the better WR right now. That tells me all I need to know with regards to what the future may hold. Also, Nabors just posted a 42" vertical and 4.35 40 at LSU's pro day.

While MHJ is certainly a 'safe' prospect, I think his ceiling is lower than many realize. Don't forget, he has a tendency to disappear in games: 2023 vs. Minnesota: 3 catches for 30 yards vs. Rutgers: 4 catches for 25 yards vs. Notre Dame: 3 catches for 32 yards vs. Indiana: 2 catches for 18 yards

Brian Thomas is more AJ green, MHJ is a more explosive Devante Adams with his nuanced route tree. Malik is a faster AJ Brown imo, a little less physical but more explosive.

Rome is a smaller D-Hop then. Rome is taller but D-Hop's wingspan is 6'8 and Odunze's is 6'4. You don't catch the ball with the top of your head.

@@phl2150 oduze has a 3 inch higher vertical jump. Also being taller raises the circle of your catch radius, so while dehops might have a larger circumference, oduzes is 5 inches higher in the air. They’re similar because of their route running ability, their contested catch stats, the explosive first step, and their strong hands through contact. Oduze is bigger and faster and has a higher catch radius. My points still stand

MHJ>Nabers in everything except RAC One played with a heisman winning QB and one played with someone who’s gonna be sticking shelves at Walmart overnights soon, case in point don’t @ me. These ppl just trying desperately to be different whether it’s ego or prospect fatigues whatever. Anyone who thinks Nabers is over MHJ is an absolute moron. Also probably doesn’t watch actual film just highlight tapes lmao. Besides the RAC numbers MHJ has Nabers beat in all aspects.

The fact Harrison refused to do anything from testing to pro day, to Combine. I think Nabers jumps him and maybe Odunze does as well. Nobody likes a WR who is full of himself. Reason why Dez Bryant was never given another chance when left the cowboys.

@@ThePurpleParty420 yah when it’s a stacked WR class you don’t get this privilege or you will be passed up for guys who proved they are in the same boat that Harrison is. Nabers in my opinion already jumped Harrison. Odunze and Harrison are in the same level.

@@ThePurpleParty420 I might not be a scout I’m tired people using this excuse to discredit other peoples opinions and what they think. I’ve been studying and doing my own research on all of theses talents since beginning of last year for my dynasty team and I know more then just the casual observer. I’m not saying Harrison will be bad in the league. I’m saying Harrison due to how he has acted over this time. Will turn teams away. I don’t care if you like or don’t it’s the truth. I wouldn’t wanna spend my 4th pick in the draft on a guy who refused to do anything.
