One of my favorite things about Marwan’s arrangements is that when he has a featured guest, he literally FEATURES them. This arrangement is written around Eric’s singing, with Marwan doing some really marvelous harmonies (and beatboxing) around it to showcase it. So many times when a group or singer has a “featured” guest it just means they get to sing a little. He also seems to know what they can do and his arrangements let them show off their range or other unique talents. And yeah, I lovelovelove his bell tones. The clarity and crispness-just so exactly what a vocal bell tone should sound like. Yeah, as usual, Jen-amazing reaction! So many interesting insights and you always catch things that got past me.

As a huge fan of Marwan, Tomi, Peter and Bobby, thank you for reacting and analysing the music these guys are releasing as individuals and as The Bass Gang. These guys are so talented and deserve much more recognition then they currently receive and your reactions help spread the word. And now that you’ve reacted individually to Marwan and Peter, I hope you will consider reacting to Tomi as an individual artist. He will have new music in the next couple of months (but also has great music that’s already been released). Hoping you will continue to react to this amazing group of young, talented bass singers.

Marwan's range is deceptive... he'll be doing the high bell tone harmonies, and then he does that low Bassiness... and it's a shock to the ear. So good. Thanks Jen for reacting, amazing job as always. And keep trying to hit those bass notes, you'll get them some day :D

YAYY!!! So glad you did a reaction to this! Because for some reason there's only one out there for now (other than this one here) and this cover definitely deserves way more exposure like that! I genuinely think this is my favourite acapella cover of 2022, that juxtaposition of those two amazing yet entirely unique voices really does it for me and sounds extremely enjoyable to my ears. Eric's soulful deep voice worthy of the greatest Dragon Slayers is one that would usually not seem like a perfect fit for such a modern light song,, and yet mixed with Marwan's very modern bass, it definitely does work wonders. Thank you for bringing some attention to this song with your reaction, Jen!

It does seem odd people complain about you pausing. Usually what I do is watch a bit of a video, and if it's a new song and sounds great, I'll pause, listen to the original, form my own thoughts and ideas then come back and watch the analysis. I do think your best bit of analysis of this video was pretty much every time they made the drop like sound, you had to copy it. Well done. :)

I'm late to the video, but just wanted to say while I'm still at the start of the video: yes, please, keep pausing the video. I'm not sure why exactly some people are confused about it, but the reason I'm sure most of us are here for is your analysis. I found your channel by watching people react to the Bass Gang, but I've since then grown to really appreciate your knowledge and ability to pick out the tiniest details within arrangements. And I am absolutely staying here and subscribed for you pausing as many times as you possibly feel you have things to talk about. The more you talk, the more I learn, and I cannot tell you how much joy listening to and learning from you gives me. Keep doing your thing because it's so very clear you're enjoying doing it ❤

Catching up on my Jennifer. Yes as usual Jen I'm always VERY glad you stop and go back a lot. For those just wanting purely a reaction video without analysis, well, I'd still recommend giving Jen's style a try for a few videos anyway. You might find it becomes kind of addictive and you will learn something! That said, I think Jennifer that you really tried to become part of the group there at 4:40. 😁 At 6:59, about those frequent pauses ... "I shant anymore" ... 2 seconds ... "for now" 😆 Great reaction as always Jennifer! 😊
