This presentation aims to demonstrate how educators could employ the artificial intelligence tool called “MagicSchool AI” to avoid wasting time and energy when designing a class. MagicSchool AI not only allows teachers from K-12 but also higher education professionals to produce their own teaching resources in a matter of seconds. On the other hand, this platform also integrates different generation features to enable learners to monitor their progress and discover their areas of strength and improvement. All this has a direct impact on the language learners who could benefit not only from having varied lessons and feedback but also having more restful and motivated teachers. During this 20-minute session, participants will learn how to generate their own lesson plan, Informational text, and RU-vid video questions.

Mary Allegra holds a MA in Applied Linguistics and a Specialisation in Teaching Foreign Languages from University Simon Bolivar. She has co-authored three English pronunciation books and has published several research articles. She was Venezuela TESOL (VenTESOL) President and Steering Committee member of the TESOL CALL IS. She currently teaches ESOL in USA, various online courses in the TESOL Graduate Program at Westcliff University and is the Editor-in Chief of the Westcliff International Journal of Applied Research (WIJAR).
