As a 22yr old BM I can honestly say I suffered from depression attempted suicide due to the absence of my father not being around because he chose to be absent my mother NEVER spoke bad about him I was just with my uncles a lot while my mother finished up her teaching degree her music has helped me heal along with prayer & my mom will clean & sing her songs hopefully this woman lives to see a gracefully 💯years🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾👑

It is amazing what Mary has done in spite of all the hell she has been through and she is often overlooked. I recently realized that she has more GRAMMYs than Whitney (6), Mariah (6) and Celine (5). I know GRAMMYs aren't everything but winning even one is a career milestone and she's done it 8 times. Kudos to you MJB.
