I love the honor and respect Taylor is showing Mary, knowing when to join in and when to just leave it to Mary. Neither trying to out do nor equal the other. Neither taking anything away from the other, they look like two "real" sisters from different mothers!!!!!

This song was so fitting in the reputation era. She really lost a bunch of fake friends. People doubted her more than ever, she was even name-called. There were articles saying how her “reputation tour is shaping up to be a disaster” but she came through with it being the highest grossing North American tour in history. She really ‘made it to the top’ and I believe she’ll only keep on achieving more. I’m so proud of myself for stanning her lol.

Taylor has a lot of skills, my favorite is how much she loves people and their talents. She is famous for being a true friend.

I loved how she started the song, it was a more modern touch maybe? her vocals were stronger than I've ever heard. Then MJB came on and took it to another level, I felt like she was trying to uplift Taylor, from almost a maternal perspective - it made me tear up.

Now just look at how sweet she is. She doubted in herself and because this song helped her so much she wanted to sing to help her fans out there. How sweet? Now who gives a shit about the drama? I just had gone to Zayn' channel where he had posted the IDWLF acoustic. The comments there making fun of Taylor and saying how the respective album wad better cause, "Snake wasn't hissing." Heard this first in 2016, I broke down crying, was going through depression, self-doubt, self-hate and stress. Hearing this now in 2018, I'm crying, thinking about everything I've overcome, in college, started my own business, in a healthy relationship with someone, friends and family, no sign of depression in Jesus' mighty name, basically, living my best life. So I'm going to say this: the darkest, darkest times come right before the dawn (this doesn't mean there won't be dark times again) but now I've learnt to overcome doubt, and self hate, and low self esteem, and everything in between.
