On the contrary she is outstanding. There is no finer actress capable of creating a subtle yet truthful tension to a scene than her. The manner with which she completes a scene, often without words but just a mere glance or flash of the eyes is hardly reached by other actresses these days. Both she and Kristen Chenoweth brought characters to The West Wing that were both believable and truthful. Outsiders, (as characters), brought in to bring new ideas and observations to the existing characters. Watch them with more care and you will see just what I mean........
Ye gods I hated that character SO much, mainly because of the lazy vocal fry in her voice. It takes a good actor to play a role that makes people hate you.
