Really good game by both teams. Maryland’s bigs were impressive in the second half. Windler was unbelievable throughout the game. Love the extended highlights.

We needed this after the disappointing stretch down the season ....Not getting my hopes up to high considering how up and down this team is but hopefully this will key turgeon into getting bruno and jaylen involved as much as possible...both there confidence has to sky high after this game...

That poster dunk was impressive, but what was even more Impressive was the Belmont player didn’t quit and went for the stop even though he knew he had little chance. As a fan I appreciate that kinda hustle.

I'm a Maryland fan but the way Belmont played (except maybe a couple parts of the second half) they deserved to win. We got lucky in that Belmont had a couple cold stretches and all of our starters except 1 were pretty good in the 2nd.

@Warren Shiflett yeah its a shame we won't get to see this team grow and develop into a powerhouse....I like turgeon but the B10 is tough, he needs to look at what jay wright is doing at villanova and model the program after that...we can't compete against the blue blood programs until we start consistently winning

Dylan Windler is a beast, how a guard shoots 55% 43% from 3 and is not a 1st round prospect is beyond me, hope the mavs pick him

NBA recruiting is different for some reason. A player's size and physical ability take precedence over everything else in the NBA. I agree though, doesn't make sense.

Fernando is a man among boys sometimes. It's crazy how good he is. Outside of Duke's top prospects, he could easily get drafted top 10 or even top 5 in the NBA. Supporting evidence at 5:55

@@kgthoughts Extremely athletic and can shoot ok, fairly versatile overall. Good shot-blocker and rebounder. Mostly consistent. I think he will do well in the NBA, though they would probably want him to be a bit bigger.

So all these games in and the Terps can't figure out a defensive scheme for basic pick and role. Like, this Belmont has literally one dude (Windler?) and he scored freaking 35 point (Purdue held him to 7 points)!! Unbelievable. I wonder if Turgeon can figure out his way to the bathroom in his own home. Turgeon, you have two deadly shooters in Wiggins/Ayala... maybe draw up set shots for them? or allow Bruno to use his decent face up? You do know adjustments are actually allowed in basketball right?

when one handi-caps Belmont avg scores of 80-90 pts a game a no brainer to bet just the 1st half...so I bet $240 to win $540 after juice...Maryland two big's look like lottery pk's...
