Adrian is throwing the dummy out, sending MaryLou back for it but stopping her and then casting her to the right ‘on’, it’s a change of direction with a distraction.
Adrian explains the importance of making the dummies visible by screwing them down so they stand up and explains what he means about 'pressure on' and 'pressure off' with delivery. He also remind us to always be thinking about who is training who!
