Getting the land wont be cheap but if you can run at high speed away from the shipping container idea not enough room for overhead cams been there seen that converted that....go for a barn or shed conversion or build a custom prefab, i've done several recording studios along the same lines...one was built in a disused factory unit for a photographer

I always double check the parking switch before I leave the car so I don't pull an Alex... If that's too annoying, you can also just activate the hand break each time you leave.
