Sharing My new favorite recipe. Hope you also try this at your homes with your loved ones.
You can eat it with rice or you can just eat it as it is. Either way, masarap pa rin.

"Pork and Tofu Sisig"
- 6 blocks Firm Tofu (400g)
- 250g Boiled and sliced Pork Belly
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 big chopped white onion
- 1 medium size chopped red onion
- 2 sliced Thai chilli (You can add as many as you like)
- 1 sliced Green chili
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. lemon/calamansi juice
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp. white sugar
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise.
