I am coming to this shop(which was initially a roadside) from 2003... Gobi Manchurian is the best .. and all other chats... For Phudoo making v used to add 2 table spoon rice flour & one teaspoon sugar. For dosa v used to add sugar. I have got sengotikallu from tamilnadu v used to get hotel style dosa, heat spread all side. It cost me ₹3,000/-.
@@nagarajdn7385 You are absolutely right. In our home flame from gas stove never spreads to entire tawa only middle portion of tawa gets more heat. In restaurants their tawa gets heat all over the surface equally.

Can u please tell me what is the dosa rice. Here in tamilnadu there is no such a rice. Only idly rice , raw rice and boiled rice of different varieties available
