Fried Red Snapper is a good choice for deep fry. Try this simple recipe with Indian spices and super crunchy fish.
Ingredients:
2 Whole red snappers
2 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Turmeric
3 Tbsp All purpose flour
1 Tbsp Rice Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Oil for frying
Steps:
1. Drizzle salt and pepper on the fish
2. Grind green chillies with ginger garlic paste
3. In a small cup add garam masala, turmeric, coriander and salt. Add little water and make thick paste
4. Apply the ginger garlic paste and masala paste on the fish
5. Mix rice flour, all purpose flour and add little salt
6. Coat the fish with the mixed flour
7. Deep fry the fish in hot oil for 5 minutes
8. Serve hot with sauted green peppers, green onions and cilantro on the side
