½ cup Besan/Gram Flour or Chickpea flour/Kala Chana Flour
½ cup Whole Wheat Flour(Gehun Ka Atta)
1 cup Chopped Fresh Fenugreek Leaves
Handful fresh Coriander Leaves
1-2 Green Chillies(optional) as required
½ tsp Ajwain/Caraway Seeds
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Flakes or Red Chilli Powder(optional) as required
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Oil optional
ghee on hot rotis
