Fareen! This video got me so emotional. It just reminded me of how EXHAUSTING it is to be in the unhealthy masculine energy as a woman. It’s a huge burden to carry and it always felt so… “heavy” on my body. Thank you for talking about this. ❤

Wow this is exactly what i experienced in my last relationship. I never felt good about his helpless ways but as soon as I backed off from trying to help him or refused to do so, He told me I was heartless and cold and the opposite of feminine so I thought I had to be warmer and more caring and go ahead and fix it for him in order to be seen as feminine.

Yuck! Yes we’ll attract and be attractive to the energy that is in direct opposition to ours to help us integrate 🤍
@Lady.Luck.

And I think my takeaway is that I know I'm not necessarily cold overall. I'm only cold to things like helplessness that feel wrong in my body. I'm allowed to feel that way but for some reason in the past I thought I must be wrong for what I was feeling

@Lady.Luck. You are allowed to feel this way! You are allowed to feel all your feelings :) the key is to know if we are always feeling a certain way. The inner work course and the e-books will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself

My man indirectly was asking me how to get something for his business. And then I was kind of oblivious that he was asking b/c it was sort of indirect and I thought it was a question that didn't need an answer. And then I was just focusing on talking and sharing my ideas, and then I was like "are you asking me to help you? I can if you want me to.." and he said "No. I don't need help." At that point, I realized what was going on. But everything happened so naturally. I was literally oblivious that he was asking for help. But at the same time, he didn't want my help! How funny. He likes hearing my ideas I come up with. But I don't "do" anything for him. He wouldn't let me anyway. Basically, when a man asks me for help it's so foreign to me that my brain cannot process the request or register that a grown man is needing something from me!

In my mind it's a misconception that a man can't be masculine and at the same time be emotional.. 😊

Healthy masculine men are integrated in both energies and have emotions. Yes. But they are not emotional.

@@fareenashofficial Thank you for your remark! Perhaps the word emotional is wrong choosen of me. But I meant that masculine man also can be close to their feelings.. (at least in my idea)

You r helping me so much! Being with a narcissistic type man frequently has triggered my codependency somewhat which is so masculine. I’ve done years of healing and therapy. Your videos are teaching me to feel confident as a woman and which men to give my attention to. Appreciate your short simple videos and wisdom so much! Thank you!

Having a generous and caring nature - I have seen being a "help-mate" to the man I love as an asset. Yet - I see now that a more feminine/wounded man is attracted to that personality in a (strong) woman. Again, growing up as the eldest child, only girl with four younger brothers - that role in my family equated into "power" and being seen & treated more as an adult. However, in my relationships - it hasn't been the PLUS (+) I saw it as, and, thus rewarded for in my family of origin.

Hi Fareen! Can you explain what you mean by expressing your emotions in a feminine way. We aren’t telling them what to do but are expressing to them what we do and don’t like?

hi Fareen, thanks for your videos!! You are good at explaining. How would you show a man that you're turned off by his behavior without telling him what to do? For example, if a man is a terrible texter and takes forever to respond, how would you empower him to be more consistent? Thank you in advance! hope you have a blessed day!

Thank you! It really depends on the specific situation as some situations should not even call for any upset feelings… have you had a chance to read “secrets of the feminine woman” yet? You can email me your specific situation and I’ll be able to clarify there in a voice recording 🤍. You can find the link in the bio. He may not be interested if he’s taking a long time to text…

I gave a simple example here - your emotions will show him everything! The more feminine a woman becomes the more she leads with her emotions. I’ll have to do a more specific in depth training on this for women specifically one day

I think I may have wounded feminine energy. I once asked him to help me do something because I was tired. He told me it was a major turn off. This upset me because I was tired and wanted him to take care of me a bit

You should have said to him at a later date. What exactly turned him off. Sometimes women need help we are not men. He doesn't sound mature or very caring.

Be selfish when it comes to grown men. If hes not meeting your standards and needs.... be distant and cold. Its ok to be turned off and show it. Men are not scared to hurt your feelings. Dont help grown men otherwise youre settling and in the mother or masculine role. They will try to reverse the role by being low effort and casual.

Would you be able to talk more about what to do when you’re in a long term relationship and as a woman have been the one to always pursue the man while he keeps his distance. I am currently working on myself, but this is creating a lot of tension because he’s not used to me putting myself first.

Something I wish more women were taught when they are young (and what I will teach my daughter) is that men are looking for a partner. That means someone who not only enjoys life with them but will help them actually build a life. A women exercising healthy masculine qualities can be an incredible support to their husband and even steady him when the weight of leading or providing becomes overwhelming. Together my wife and I are both building a great life and we do it by respecting the unique qualities we bring to our marriage and home. We were made to be complimentary, not occupy the same spaces in our relationship. That's what creates synergy.

@@fareenashofficial That is also in the mix, yes! Next to that, which if done in the balanced way can be amazing!, I also see a lot of sensitivity in them. I love their openness to cry in front of their woman. Their shyness. And their thinner bodies. For me, as a petite, I don't quite mix well with physically big men. Not to mention those beautiful faces and soft voices. It's just a whole different... "planet", except they live under the same Sun as we do. 💖 I guess it's hard in western culture to feel or see the beauty in this kind of men.

As a man that has dated women from all over the world, this woman is not very feminine acting at all lol. Men just want women to be sweet, make them food, not be annoying (talk a lot/act like they know everything), be calm and treat them with respect. The Japanese have it correct as an example.

or in other words: a maiden that only cooks, cleans and never experiences uncomfortable emotions or feels the need to share her personal individual interests with her life partner. gotcha! men who think like this are bland af and no matter what yall say about the "modern woman" she knows her right to be a human with a complex personality. and she's definitely not gonna squeeze all of that personality in a little pretty box for the sake of "not being annoying". what you want is a meek, submissive yay-sayer who either has no substance or denies themselves that substance. which is sad af. but then again, with that mindset you probably wouldn't be able to attain let alone keep a woman like that anyways. yall need to stop trying to keep us small so you can feel like the strong big man. it's pathetic.

Japanese women come from a culture of serfdom. An extreme hierarchical society that goes back a thousands of years. They are built differently to European women. Europeans had to survive or they would be dead ic a bad harvest happened and winter was extreme. They're also not breeding over there. Little girl behaviour is revolting. 🤡
