Mashed potato with 1 egg! Super simple and delicious potato and egg recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
200g Leftover mashed potatoes
1 Small egg
Mix well
50g Flour
Mix well
40g Shredded cheese
15g Green onion
Add salt to taste
Add black pepper to taste
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
Mix well
Add some vegetable oil
Add potato batter to the pan
Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
After 5 minutes
Flip over and cook for another 3-5 minutes
Done!
Super crispy outside and super soft inside!
You can eat this with sour cream!
Also can add some green onion

I grew up in the 60s and 70s. There was 7 of us. My mother made potato cakes with leftover mashed potatoes all of the time. I make them sometimes.

Like the sour cream idea as a topping. I was going to suggest baked beans miss the onion out even and both ways baked beans would work 25p a small tin of beans.should be 12p but :-( lovely easy recipe nice student food.

Actually, the eggs and cheese were the healthiest foods in the entire recipe. Research carnivore and/or keto diet. Wihh regards to cholesterol, big pharma has deceived us for decades, in order to keep us sick and them wealthy. Chosterol is good - your body and brain and need it to function properly.
