Mashing Up Characters With The Same Voice Actor

Adding my vote to the "please do a part two with female VAs" crowd! Grey DeLisle, Tara Strong, Jennifer Hale, Tess Macnille, etc.

Karina saying "So crispy, Such rat" and the laugh that followed has added ten years to my life.

Nathan: Animal with funny expression and gestures Jacob: Cool round little guy Karina: Sexy human/animal hybrid Julia: Nightmare fuel Classic Drawfee.

Julia's decision to place the meeting point of Gonzo's skull sutures (the bregma) at the tip of his face doodle implies that it's not his nose at all, but a cranium that has, over the course of gonzoid evolution, elongated, reduced and folded itself forward between his eyes. His brain is in there. Harrowing stuff.

I’d like to point out that great as Mel Blanc was we should remember while he was usually the only voice actor to get credit on Looney Tunes cartoons there were often other voice actors lending their talent to some characters but they were left uncredited. It was a time where voice actors were very undervalued and seen as not needing to be credited with Mel as an exception. Some voices we still don’t know who they were because either no records of it were kept or none survived.

Jacob desperately trying not to say “professional grinder” at the beginning is killing me

"John DiMaggio plays the best friend who's kind of a criminal." Oddly enough this applies to his Joker portrayal too

What’s more impressive about Mel Blanc’s voice acting, is that he would occasionally go back-and-forth in a one take argument between Daffy & Bugs. Except they’re impersonating one another, yet still in their own voices.

when you get paid for vibe acting, that's a vibe cheque

Mel Blanc could do Bugs and Daffy mocking each other using the other's voice, AND you can feel the character's sarcasm for each other. That's acting talent.

every time the drawfee teams starts talking about "this episode *sucks*" i know its going to end up being one of my favorite ones. its honestly just so great to listen to them goof like that

There’s a Looney Tunes where Blanc does Bugs and Daffy doing impressions of each other and it’s kind of mind blowing.

Jacob: "I hope the voice actors watch this episode and don't think we're being disrespectful" The literal next words out of his mouth: "voice actors are freaks"

I like to think that Geoff Grindr is actually a heterosexual man, but he's gotten so deep into the 'grind' personality that he's like: "Well I need to become a Grindr user, and sleep with men now. Oh well, such is life."

The way Julia and Jacob's voices melded together when they said "coffee grinders" is magic

The thing about drawfee is that their best and worst episodes are nearly indistinguishable. I rate this one a 10 out of B, and give it two thumbs.

The beginning of Julia's drawing is pure gold. Jacob just panicking while Julia struggles to make Gonzo not look like a dong.

I feel like at this point we need a compilation of Drawfee artists drawing almost phallic shapes before fixing them

I'm sure someone already mentioned this, but in case no one has at 38:20 when Julia mentions a game called "V" I believe she must be referring to the indie platformer called "VVVVVV"

Karina's Chris P. Ratt bit laser-targetting and destroying Nathan in the background is just... perfect and excellent and exactly what I needed.

My favourite example of "vibe acting" is when roosterteeth hired Laura bailey, one of the best voice actors out there, to play Amber, a character with no actual lines, who died almost immediately after she woke up

Nothing like a Drawfee episode that's mostly just 4 friends being friends

Coming from 2023, this is one of my favorite episodes. I think the crew should take more week-off vacations so they can make crazy weird episodes like this.

This episode was so feral 42:35 for anyone who wants to see i’m gonna be thinking abt the “you’ve got to get through this part so fast Julia” bit for so long. Jacob sounded so panicked

I love how every drawfee intro is like the group is about to present their project that no one rehearsed for

Honestly this humor is the funniest to me and remembering the amount of wild inside jokes that came out of this episode really makes me consider it for at least top 10 of my favorite eps

This episode was honestly the funniest thing I've watched in ages. You guys may think it's bad, but I love the joy of giggling at dumb jokes like I'm a kid at a sleepover. This is probably my favorite episode!

Jacob cheering for himself and his own joke is big Bender and Jake energy.

Okay, I know they said this was a mess of an episode, but something about the chaotic energy and their sheer joy genuinely made this one of my favorite episodes.

You guys should definitely make a TV show on Geoff Grindr, the crime fighting man who nobody wants to go out with. He has 1 superpower and it's how he never runs out of energy, hence he's always grinding

Karina and I had the same reaction to “Vibe Acting”. That joke was a lot funnier than it should have been.

The episodes just started and Jacob has finally decided to take control and be the crazy one for once. Good for him.

The energy of this episode is unimaginably weird and I'm really enjoying it.

Nathans Daffuggs was a work of art, but I truly lost it when it took me far too many seconds to realize why Julia had to draw super fast. Every episode is my favorite, but this is my current favorite!

Nathan’s fusion is Franken-style, where the two characters are fully formed on different places of the body, like Kevin 11 Jacob’s is a solid Hybrid style where it’s still very clear which characters are present but they blend together with certain aspects dropped to find a middle ground Karina’s is a Foster styled fusion where although she uses Legoshi as a base he could be his own character, with nods to his components that you wouldn’t need to know to appreciate him Julia’s is a reskin fusion, probably one of the most cohesive styles, where Baby Gonzo dresses up as Skeletor by gouging his eyes out.
