I truly appreciate the touch that is Dedede still trying to call back to his older songs but having an even harder time doing so than he was in Roar Of Dedede, as if he's still clinging on to his last shred of sanity before finally going feral. Also, this artwork goes insanely hard, but we all know at this point that that's the Juno standard. Can't wait to see what Lab Discovera has in store for us.

Love how the ending cutscene of this fight shows how far Dedede has come from the man who stole all the food in Dreamland

Even when being controlled by the beast pack, Dedede still has that consistently Dedede-esque charm. Although, one could also say... Dang, Dedede doesn't dilly-dally during deathmatches despite drawing discipline directly distinct to the dominion dedicated to a dangerous deity.

This song truly depicts the tragic nature of DeDeDe, as he becomes party to the enslavement of his own people, no more a king than a beast in a cage. The slight adjustments to the chorus from prior versions really make it clear how corrupted and tangled his mind is, even as he embraces the beast within. It makes you think - Given how easily several other members of dreamland went over to the beast pack (Bonkers, Mr. Frosty, and probably Edge) it almost seems like a return of long lost family members. The timeline probably wouldn’t make sense, but if Popstar/Dreamland was populated originally by races like the cappys and Waddle Dees, what if the animals were all just… migrants coming from the forgotten land? It would almost make this to be some kind of homecoming, in a way.

This guy is a force to be reckoned with, he can sing in an almost perfect anime Dedede impression and still sound amazing

I definitely overuse the phrase "going feral" whenever I find something I enjoy but that second verse seriously unlocked a part of me that wants to go out and catch bugs in my mouth. Absolutely amazing

Let's just take a minute to appreciate Juno going absolutely feral and delivering that incredible primal holler at 2:04

This might be one of the best covers of this year. You perfectly incapsulated how primitive Dedede is in this fight. Yet you can still hear him somewhat fighting back the mask on certain verses. Also, he literally calls himself a pet of Leongar, showing how he completely forgot who he was. And the second phase is just.... I really don’t know and that why I like it Well done Juno, Well done

I like how he had to stall when transitioning into 2nd phase, just showed how easy the fight really is, even with weaker equipment

The segment at the end including King Dedede's redemption was a nice and fitting touch. A real nice cap to end the Dedede arc and start off what I can only imagine will be a pretty epic go around of Lab Discovera's amazing OST.

You never cease to amaze me with these. Not only have you made a second batch of lyrics for the Roar of Dedede, you also went further with the Masked Dedede theme. And then included the run to the elevator. I especially love the lyrics hinted at Leongar. Can’t wait to see how the Lab Discovera section goes!

“Even…if…no…LEGS!” XD This was an amazing cover, Juno, and dubbing the ending cutscene was a fine cherry on top. And you’re doing the final gauntlet, too? Woo! I can’t wait! Actually, on second thought, I can. Take your time with these ones to ensure maximum [pink] quality. Edit: Also in regards to the thumbnail, I just realized where I’ve seen Dedede’s mouth structure before: Wind Waker moblins! That’s a great detail.

I don’t know if this was intentional or not, but I love how Dedede sounds more quiet and subdued here compared to in Winter Horns. And I feel like his voice is very-subtly straining in certain parts. Really hammers in (no pun intended) how much he’s struggling against the mask’s control.

"now face wrath of king of boars" This line just dededestroys me every time

I love how you portrayed Feral Dedede, dumbed down and more instinctive. Plus applause are in order for you voicing the cutscene that came after, you didn’t have to do that but it gave some added charm. Also hearing Dedede say that he’s been misguided but that he still wants to fight Kirby is actually pretty cool, he knew he was in the wrong but couldn’t do anything about it. He was stubborn in actually asking for help saying that Kirby wouldn’t beat him. Cool touch

Dedede going back for that one Waddle Dee and staying behind to delay those beasts is perhaps his greatest moment in the series. He may be self-proclaimed royalty but I'd say he earned that crown there.

This man has the control to say even if no legs, and stand up to all of those creatures charging at him and fighting them off so Kirby and waddle-dees can escape, what a madman

Love you added dialogue to that cutscene, really going above and beyond on this one, also liked how you made it obvious that dedede was being controlled in the lyrics in both parts

It's probably the most stellar Roar of Dedede lyrics cover ever made by you, Juno Songs because no matter what everyone else thinks is straight up successful of all man

I absolutely love how Dedede's lyrics become more simplistic and feral when he starts running on all fours..

I like the slow progression of Dedede being corrupted by fecto forgo. As if his mind is slowly being stripped only indulging him in his primal animalistic urges. Dedede is often show to be extremely greedy so the fact that his mind goes from defeating kirby to outright wanting to eat him does make sense as his mind regresses to a more primal thought. No longer a king castle but a simple minded pet.

Of all the times Dedede's been possessed and went insane, this is the most batsh*t insane of all of them. Forgo Fecto's possession over him - as well as Leon and the Beast Pack - was so different from all the others that on the second phase, he's nowhere near as being himself anymore. He gave into his animal instincts so hard he considers himself as a hog even though he's a penguin. Not on a regular possession, though. He'd just become evil, but still keep his characterization within him. Also, even his name is a big foreshadowing that would be revealed not much longer. *FORGO* Dedede. It already even states, before we meet the "king", that that king is not the only one in charge. 10/10 Best Kirby game ever. This was my Ted talk. In older games it alsways seemed as if Dedede was a bad, self-proclaimed King. But now it is always mind control and this scene, when he "sacrafices" for one Waddle Dee made him a worthy King. I mean as if some Beast could defeat hin that easy, but it was quite emotional for a Kirby game. And it waa also impressive that the labs audio was in my homes language (german). I recently found this kind of songs, and I love it.

But I get why you cut it short for the dramatic purposes. Great Work regardless!
