I've been to many installations in the Southern Jurisdiction. But I've never seen a Jewel slung over the left arm during an installation. As well, in our jurisdiction, all who have never been to the East always face the West while the installation process has begun, or the selected Brother is taken to an adjacent room for the actual "act" to take place. Indeed, every Lodge is very different. Including the words from the lecture. Very well done. 32nd Degree Scottish Rite, Valley of New Orleans, Orient of Louisiana. 17th Masonic District. Forgive me, are you a Mason? I was not aware they had loges in the Middle East. (I ask this due to the head garb of your profile picture, not out of disrespect or doubt)
