@@EnggMak nah..but seen it up close. The metal tank is the real deal. Though both bikes are equally good, Yamaha used too much plastic in the body to reduce the weight. Don't let me words hold you back from purchasing any of the bikes. Go and see the bikes up close in the showroom or maybe check some reviews online. Also, I haven't encountered the tank pannel issue in my bike yet. 2 people instead of 3 on the bike would avoid the chances of pressure being applied on the tank.

I wouldn't say that it doesn't have power. It has and can pull very easily up to 60-65 (sufficient for city) but after that it just gives up, by which I mean it takes time to reach triple digits.
