I have a 365XL and put a Hogue slip-on grip on it, fits great, feels like an entirely different gun. I’d invest in a WC grip if it had a legit picatinny rail that fit more lights. I would definitely buy a milled alloy grip, hint hint!
Really like them, have the P365X and XL both have the new grip now. One advantage reloading my hand would sometimes stop the mag from dropping, the little extra grip size allows the clearance for a clean drop before inserting the new mag.
To Wilson combat inc. Hey, I think you guys could come up with matching magazine base plates to match your nifty grip modules, especially for the 365, that would be the icing in the cake ! I think there is a demand for that and I believe you guys could sell a shit ton of them.
Love mine- made all the difference. Before I installed the WC P365 grip, I was preparing to sell my 365. It is slightly larger than the factory one. You would think such a small increase wouldn't be noticiable but trust me, it is.
I purchased the grip module for both my P365x and xl models. I can't imagine anyone buying one and NOT loving it. Ergonomically, it turns a Chevy into a Mercedes. For those who prefer a full grip in their hand, these are certainly your answer. If you buy and wish it was even thicker, you can buy a WC365 Talon grip to go over it. That turns the Mercedes into a Bentley. Perfection.
I absolutely love mine and recommend it to everyone. I would have had no idea that it existed if not for Reddit and I know there’s a lot of other people on there with the same experience. Idk how much social media stuff y’all do because I’m only on Reddit and RU-vid but if y’all aren’t spreading the word about y’all’s products on there as well I can say you’re missing out. It goes a long way when a company is very interactive with the consumer. Love what y’all did with this, have a good one!
I bought 2 the day they were released. Wife's p365 and mine. Before I installed them we use to run hogue grips on then as it was almost too thin to get a comfortable grip. My wife and I both agree these modules made a huge difference.
After watching this video I purchased this grip frame and the tungsten weights. Installing the slide release wasn't as easy as the instruction video suggested. I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Lamar. He advised if I returned it they would install the slide release, he said I wasn't the only one who had a problem with it. After a great conversation, I tried it one more time and was successful in making the installation. I am pleased with the overall product and would have no problem recommending it. As far as the backorder situation on this product, don't hesitate to place your order, I received mine within two weeks. Thanks to Wilson Combat for a great upgrade product and outstanding service.
I bought a module for my XL a couple of weeks ago and it has improved my grip on the pistol dramatically. The grip circumference was my only complaint about the 365's and now that problem is solved. Thank you Wilson Combat!!!
When you are collaborating on the P365-series, would you please consider adding a 1911-style, slim, ambidextrous safety to your modifications? The stock Sig lever is awkward for my (smaller) hands. It may be worse for bigger hands. A 1911-style lever, extended further forward. could be an improvement. Also, I believe that for those of us who have trained with 1911/2011 pistols for decades, the closer the common controls can be, the better the manual of arms will be for the P365/X/XL. TIA for your consideration.
I installed this grip module on my sig p365 xl and it has completely transformed my relationship with this gun. The palm swell, the weight and balance, it's just unbelievable. Makes the gun less flippy as well. I just love it. Thank you so much for making this grip module.
Just bought a p320 x compact Wilson combat grip module. It is unbelievable. I love it, could not be happier. It probably one of the best grips I have used on a pistol. Massad and Bill are legends in the gun world. They have probably forgot more about guns than I will ever learn. Thanks guys.
I have and they’re great. I started with the 12rd grip to replace my standard XL grip for IWB carry. I liked it so much that I got the 10rd grip to make pocket carry easier in the summer. Both are great.
I just picked up a Wilson Combat P365 XL module for my P365 to give it a a longer grip but same short slide and the grip feels great. Just the right amount of texture and the grip angle points more naturally. Its also slightly thicker and feels great in my size XXL glove size hands.
I was genuinely getting frustrated of the stock 365 grip especially with the 10 round magazine, i even considered upgrading to XL, then I bought the Wilson combat frame, it’s unbelievable, even with the same magazine my accuracy has gone up up to 40 to 50 percent. It’s a totally different gun. Highly recommend Wilson Combat products. Cheers
The nice thing about the P365 series vs the P320 series is that the slide rides on a nearly full length rail. The P320 has four tiny tabs the slide rides on, and the FCU is made of folded sheet metal
Very happy with my WC P365 Grip Module. Turned a really good pistol into an excellent firearm. Feel is now what it should have been. Thank you for what you provide the industry.
I have the P365 and P365XL both with Wilson Combat XL grip modules. I love how the grip fills out the hand better and also the grip texture. Haven’t tried the tungsten weights yet there always sold out. Excellent product!
Bought my Wife a P365, loved it so much I bought one of my own. More of a 1911/Beretta guy. I own the Wilson Beretta 92G CentTac, favorite gun until I bought the Wilson P365Xl module and made my P365x with Tungsten inserts. Serious tackdriver, fits my gorilla mitts like a glove, pocket size when I need it and IWB carry as well. Converted 12 rd mags to 14 round mags w/magguts. So now it is a Wilson Sig P365x 14+1, about 75% the size of A Glock 19, with better ergonomics. Next time around, will go for the P320w/Red Dot. Absolutely love all of Wilson Combats products, parts and service! High Marks indeed, please keep up the good work ! 🇺🇸
I'm a big fan of the Wilson Combat grip modules!. I have three P320's and one P365XL. They all have Wilson combat grip modules. The grip angle is the best I've tried and for me, the starburst pattern combined with the stippling on the front strap and back strap give me great purchase on the firearm. As a side note, the Carry II grip module for the P320 is awesome. I love that it fits the 3.6" barrel of my RXP XCompact, while allowing me to the extra grip length to use the flush fit 17 round magazines. That is my normal EDC pistol. Great stuff as always from Wilson.
Picked up an XL and a standard for when the weather turns hot. Both are great, solid no nonsense grip surface really helps control the gun when shooting fast.
The Sig P365 still sells out as soon as they hit the floor at most of my LGSs. They greatly outpace the Springfield Hellcat and Sig P320 in sales. The P365 SAS is the only one that seems to be out of favor with buyers, and linger in the display cases.
Wonder why that is exactly, I have just the p365, I bought the tac pack (wish is had a slide with the cutout for optics however, could send it off of course but it ain't cheap and a bit of a hastle) for the extra mags, but I really like the idea of the SAS and whatnot, wonder if it doesn't perform well of something compared to the other models of the p365?
I've got a Wilson Combat frame for my P365. A world of difference. It came with a magazine release button so you don't have to mess with transferring the old one. It was about $75 with shipping.
@@Iceaxehikes outstanding! I've been looking for a quality mod, for my P320 Nitro. S&W .40 cal, Compact Medium and it doesn't get any more "quality", than "Wilson Combat" products! The price point and the "enter to door" time frame, just can't be beat! Thanks!
The Wilson P320 module changed my opinion of that gun, which I didn’t like stock. I loved my P365 stock so I was anxiously waiting for this product to come out. It has not disappointed. The P365XL with a Wilson Combat grip is probably my favorite handgun period, not just my carry gun.
Love my WC grip module for my standard 365! Souch more comfortable than the stock grip. Added the tungsten rods as well. Shoots and handles much better!
Love my Wilson p365 grip module with the tungsten weights. Makes a huge difference. I noticed it a lot more when I switched back to the original Sig grip module. I switched right back. For reference, I’m a 5’3” female with average sized hands. I fit fine on the Sig grip but the Wilson grip is more comfortable and the weights help with recoil.
Base P365 wasn't bad to shoot for me, I could shoot defensive loads and feel like I was in control. The WC XL grip module took it from being something that was just fine, to something I really enjoy. It actually might be one of my favorite guns to shoot now because of how easy it is to hang onto now and just sling rounds into the 10 ring. I think I want to swap the standard slide out for something with a dot and maybe a flat trigger? Fantastic job guys. Oh and before I forget, the APX is supposed to be a chassis system, you guys have a good relationship with Beretta thanks to the 92 and I hope the new APX gains enough traction that we see a WC version of that grip module.
With the factory grip module the P365 will give me a blister on the web of my hand in about 5 mags. With the WC grip module- no blister or even redness! The WC grip module made a total improvement in controllability of the P365!
Even for my small hands, the WC P365 grips are way better than stock. I realize that the stock grip is slim for concealment, but the WC grip is not really any different for concealment. The grips really fill my hands and I also added the tungsten rods for added weight. It was a great buy for me.
Bought one of these modules for my M18 ,very affordable and way better then the standard one that came from sig ,fits so much better in my hand excellent product
@@kds471 brands like Icarus precision already do it but in aluminum for $300 I’d like to see someone step up and make a polymer grip with the same features as Icarus. There are plenty of holster makers like qvo that have holsters for them already.
@@ryanw1223 just picked up a WCP365XL, and one of bullet points on the back of the package is “compatible with all standard holsters”. If anything the introduction of a railed model would be if/when sales on the current grip modules ever drops. For myself, I am eyeing the Mischief Machine Commander module. Tactical Dev makes a nice rail adapter.
Bought the p365 grip module and the tungsten weight kit and it was a dramatic change for the better it now has the perfect grip and it’s more balanced as well.
I installed a Wilson Combat P365 XL frame with my standard P365 modular FCU and slide. The damned magazine release drove me crazy trying to get it installed but on my 20th attempt it got it in. I wear XXL gloves, so the Xl frame is much better for my hands and I can get a full grip on the gun now. I was good at accuracy before, but now I shoot consistently tighter groups with the better fitted frame. The texture on the Wilson Combat frame is very good, and reminds me a bit of my Springfield XDS texture's feel in hand.
I ordered one of these the day after I bought my 365 and it was the best thing I ever did. I can't wait to send my 365 off to you guys and have it too and when you offer it!!! Make sure you order the tungsten weights that go in the grip if you get it!!!!
I installed a manual safety on my P365 and ordered a new Sig grip module to install that would accommodate the manual safety. My original grip module was NRA coyote brown color. I could sweep the safety off easily but it was stiff engaging it. I then ordered the Wilson Combat grip module in black (because they don't make it in NRA coyote brown for the manual safety models). I put some Wilson Combat grease that I had for over 10 years where the safety rides as I was putting the new WC grip module on and this made the safety much easier to operate. I actually like the two tone color (NRA coyote brown slide with black WC grip module) better than an all NRA coyote brown firearm as long as I use black magazines. The grip works great. Just remember to flag your thumb up (bring it back down after you get your support hand on grip) in air before putting your support hand on the grip module. That works great and I am able to get my support hand palm on the grip and it makes all the difference.
The Wilson Combat grip module is a plus overall not to mention the ability to insert the Tungsten rods. That at the very minimal from the initial comments of others as well as my own impression after inserting these in my XL over a year ago is that it helps balance out the top heavy metal slide with the slightly longer 3.7” barrel of a small pistol with otherwise a VERY light polymer grip module.
I literally JUST installed the Wilson Combat 365XL grip module (in desert tan) on my standard P365. First, what a phenomenal upgrade! Having the longer grip module on the standard 365 makes it an infinitely more comfortable gun to hold (esp. in my big hands) yet while still retaining the concealability. Second, putting the desert tan grip on the black gun just makes it look COOL! Keep up the great work! (BTW, I also have an EDC X9S which is my favorite gun by far, and I just bought TWO of the WC P320 X-Carry's, one for home defense and one for carry. LOVE Wilson!)
I wear 4XL gloves and the WCP365 grip module with the tungsten rods is the only way I can comfortably shoot a standard P365. My groupings are tight and the gun has reduced recoil and muzzle flip. I only shoot with the 12 round mags with the Tactical Development pinky extension. The key is that this product makes a world of difference.
I recently went to the WC P320 grip. That grip feels like what a Sig grip always should have been. I would love to see Sig sell their 3xx line stock with WC grips, hopefully pushing development further as a result. Wilson Combat has definitely made a believer out of me.
How long before we can expect a full pistol WCP365 offering from Wilson Combat? I've been holding off buying the Sig P365 to get the whole revised package from you : ) Please and thank you.
My P320 XCompact was the first to get the WC grip and it is slightly bigger in grip circumference, beaver tail and the relief cut than the Sig grip. The tungsten weight kit adds 1.5oz more weight to the gun, that and the grip texture help me shoot it considerably better. My P365XL got the same WC grip setup and I got the same fantastic performance and looks just like the P320.
I have a MA compliant P320C (10 round mags) that I was able to use a Wilson Combat grip module. It’s the same module as the “free state” 15 round models.
The best upgrade for my 365x. Not even joking. The original grip was too thin so I was always presenting left. Also, the super aggressive grip means it sticks to my hand. Makes my hand raw after a couple 100 rounds but my control is so much better.
I've been running mine in the dirt, p365 with XL frame, truglo TFX sights, recovery tactical picatinny adapter with olight valkry mini 2, McKinatec holster with Ulti-Clip. Duracoated Matt burnt bronze. 10k plus with 2 FTE with steel thats it.
I purchased the WC 10 round grip module and felt the gap between the backstrap to the base pad on the 12 round mags was too big and uncomfortable. I ended up taking a dremel and getting that gap pretty flush to the 12 round base pads and now i think its perfect.
