I just had my first massage by a professional last week. After only one session I had alot less pain in my legs for the rest of the day. That night I got the best sleep I've had in months. I explained to the lovely women the pain issues in my leg because of my MS. She said that a couple of her clients also have MS, So I felt I was in good hands. I took your advice and got a swedish massage she also recommended that this was a good idea to start with. She also booked me another session for this week free of charge so she can do a deep tissue massage which is great because a one hour session is $75.... Definitely a great experience, relaxing atmosphere, and free tea but....DAMN....$75....LOL😁 Thanks Laura for another great video and the great advice.👍😀
Yay, that makes me so happy to hear this for you 🤗. It's great that it reduced the pain in your legs too and that will continue for you for as long as you are getting massage.. But yes $75 is expensive I know. Here in the UK on average you might pay £5 or £10 more for a deep tissue massage (a Swedish is anything between £25-45) Some massage therapists will let you collect stamps, for example get 4 massages and have 5th one free or half price, maybe you could enquire 😊. Once your body gets used to the massage, once every month is good but equally once every two months would be fine too. Let me know how you get on with the deep tissue massage, be sure to drink plenty of water after your treatment 👍
