Hey guys im back have choosen theses head set what would you guys remove from the list. Im licensing to Rap, Hiphop, Reggeaton,Trap, Spanish Music . Focal ELEX vs DT 1990 PRO, hifiman ananda, HIFIMAN SUNDARA, HD 6xx. Like some bass, vocals and highs dont like bass overpowering my music

Probably depends on interest. If after it ends no one requests it, then probably not. If yes then it'll be up to Focal to decide to make more or not.

It's too bad that Mass Drop didn't build off of the Clear. It's a huge improvement over the Elear.

You forgot to mention that the HD650 has a lot less distorsion in mids and highs and a flatter response, and that is desirable by many people. I really don't see how the Elex is "better". More "equalized" definitely. Has better bass yeah, but not really an upgrade, just for different targets.

They're nowhere near the same price range, why would someone buying a pair of $170 4XX's instead of something higher priced in the first place be bothered about them releasing an $800 collab?

As someone with a headphone problem, I'm currently wearing the 4XX while contemplating the Elex as well. The 4XX was just such a good deal to not get.

I'd make the argument that unless you absolutely need closed headphones for sound isolation, open sounds better, IMO.

Still too expensive for a massdrop step up from hd 6xx as it is 4 times the price. Should be 3 times the price at $600 or $650 not $800 sorry massdrop
