Its sometimes the its the return of the oil been bloced fore go back in the resovare in the transmission, i have that problem must been a vavlve in the cover or in the hole , not find it out of that in none manual , i remvale the top cover to morrov and take a look

It could be a stuck draft control linkage or, I had a similar tight lift on an old TEA20 that had a stuck relief valve. I had to remove and replace it, not an easy job either.
I have a Case doing the same thing, but for now I have found a way to trick it. I ease it back into a tree or dirt bank and hold pressure for 5 to 10 seconds. When I pull off, it’s on the ground. It’s a mystery
Exactly what happened with mine, in fact it wouldn’t go down. Unfortunately the only way to for me to fix it was to remove the cover. You may be able to try and free yours by reaching up though the side covers, good luck!
yea i ended up taking the cover off and i believe the rod was jammed too far into the hole (not sure yet) i set the cover back on and didnt have that roller thing behind the 2 fingers. im gonna put it back together tomorrow and hopefully it works.
