What an incredible house! Absolutely no reason to tear it down except the owners wants to keep up with their neighbors. I'd buy a place like this in a heartbeat. I loved the kitchen, floors and the layout of the actual living space of the place
Definately a high-end house when it was built. Shame to tear it down. .. one if the more livable houses you've shown. That key holder looked like an ouiji board planchette. Was that plaster on the walls and ceiling upstairs in that place (as opposed to drywall)? I did see drywall in basement. Thanks for the video 👍
The interior is VERY NICE, especially compared to some of the other places you all have visited!!!! DON'T CARE FOR THE EXTERIOR AT ALL!!!! Of course, I've never been much on "Split Levels"!!!! And the Light Fixture in one of the Rooms you said was 90's, I'll let you know we just purchased one for our Grandsons room (2024), so NOT TRUE!!!! Some things have been around for DECADES, but it doesn't mean they're "DATED"!!!! Anyway, Thanks for taking us along!!!!
The front door is beautiful . I hope that is safety glass or some type of glass that is extremely hard to break . Maybe an alarm should go off if someone tampers with it .
