I remember seeing some solo NE Tinker strategies where you just spammed moon wells, leveled up Tinker (or Warden) and fed your allies.

@@Tudor_Rusan solo warden seems cool especially after the buffs but i doubt it'll work

Upkeep is based on receivers pop, not the sender right? So I imagine it would only possibly could work at very narrow timing early on? later it's just better to have 4 big armies than 3. and the feeder would need to be constantly defended by others. I know feeding UD at the beginning to help them get faster fiends/tech was a thing, but don't know if long term feeding is viable in WC3.

A guy i used to play 4s with years ago used to do it. Our ud ally got ridiculously strong very quick but it leaves bases vulnerable and isnt really a viable strat
