Damn. Have you read all that? I’ve read over 20,000 pages of Batman titles in collected form which I thought was pretty good. But you must have like 100,000 there? Crazy.
Not all of it! And these are my non touch copies, I do have lots of "reader" copies that I just had when I was a kid and I don't even know where they came from! Pretty cool
I love batman, he's my favorite character, I have recently started collecting from batman 608 to 655 because the covers in that error were great and I really loved the batman logo at the top
The way you put together the binders looks awesome. Can you do (or have you done) a video on how you set those up? Do you bag/board first, the put in the insert? Nice work, man.
That’s cool! I have every issue from 145-500 plus many before and after plus duplicates, 3 227’s, 2 232’s and 2 251’s to name a few including a 98 and a 34.
Wow, I like how you store your comics in 3-ring binders, I've not seen that in a long time! KGBeast is an awesome run. I miss those 100-page spectaculars. Impressive slab collection. 200, damn, that's a pricey collection!
Thanks so much! yeah I like the look of my custom binders and I have everything actually behind three layers of plastic haha - I bag and board it twice and then pout it in the binder sleeves
Awesome collection. I have Batman all the way back to the 10 centers, but your silver and bronze is in generally much higher grade than mine. You also have a ton more graded 9.8s.
@@MintHunterComics I agree. In '93, we got the death of Superman, Catwoman got her own title, Bane debuted and broke Batman's back, Harley made it into the comics, Chuck Dixon was writing, we got Kelley Jones art style.
Dude absolutely incredible collection! I was drooling the whole time, especially when you got in to the 300-400's. That, the 70's is hands down my favorite era of Batman books and covers. Thanks for sharing, would love to see more in the future. 🦇🔥🦇🔥🦇🔥👌
Makes me almost want to start collecting Batman again. Ha, ha. Great vid. I don't always agree w/the object of enthusiasm but when it comes to comics, I always agree w/the enthusiasm. Take care, man.
Im jealous of your batman collection, im a huge batman fan. I just added to my collection, I bought a copy of Batman Beyond 1 for $100 bucks raw. It looks to be in the 9s.
Keep the Batman raw. How meany slabs do we really need. I think sometimes the slab takes away from the book. Nothing beats a clean silver age book in a Mylar sleeve.
Dope collection! Im jealous! The Knightfall novelization by Denny O'Neil was one of the things that got me into comics, surprisingly. And I say surprisingly because it was a novel. Lol
This is a spectacular collection to say the least. I'm a new sub to your channel and also new to collecting comics. Quick question, why should you send something to CGC and how do you decide which ones you do and don't submit? I don't know much about that stuff but I hear a lot of comic collectors and yourself talk about CGC.
What an amazing collection. I really enjoy the binders, is it a sticker on the front? Also i love the early issues having a info notes posted on the bottom? Would love to see a couple of those up close.
Dude, very impressive bat collection and even more impressive that u were able to keep ur books so mint! We must be close in age, Knightfall just reeks of my childhood, of course I read the floppies countless times so no 9.8's there!!! R u planning on upgrading your tpbs to Omnis or Deluxe or Absolute editions?
@@MintHunterComics Oh nice, i saw alot of regular tpb's which is why I mentioned it. Another video idea and question I have for you is what Absolute editions do you recommend as must haves? I don't want to just go off and buy them if they aren't worth it. Like I have Hush in tpb form, would getting the Absolute be worth the upgrade and so on for all Bat stories?
I gotta put out a correct timeliness reading order video... ive seen a couple on youtube and they're wrong and missing a lot of books. It acrually van be easily simplified but most people just keep passing around the wrong information. Thinking of dropping a vid soon!
I see you bag and board them back to back. Is that safe for the comics? I need more space and 2 comics in 1 bag would definitely help. I heard it was a faux pas and didn’t do it. Tim Drake is my fav Robin also. Such a shame what’s being done to him retroactively
Mint Hunter Comics, have you see the show Batman and Bill? Cause they say Bob Kaine didn't create Batman and that Bill Finger had drawn Bayman back in 1932 which woild prove that Bob to create for something he had nothing to do with just watch Batman and Bill movie cause if its all true we have all been lied to.
Nice collection! I have a question, do you know how much is worth Detective Comics Issue 627? I managed to snatch that issue for dirty cheap and in extra great condition. 😊
1:15 One question, how do you go about putting the two comics together, do you put the two comics in the "plastic sleeve", or put two "plastic sleeves" together?
