Maybe you should take more control over your body instead of letting your body kill itself cause you cant be bothered to notice that you need to eat still cause your body needs 3 meals a day

Me too! Always so hard for me to gain weight! I gained 5 kg since I found this channel. It still up and down, but I never struggle to gain weight again

It’s so interesting how street food in other countries is so cheap compared to America. There is a food market in Cleveland that I love but it is really really expensive. It’s funny (and tragic) seeing the price comparisons.
Right. He said the first two bowls were $2.52 USD. if I wanted to get that near me it would easily be $7 a bowl for basic ingredients. Granted I'd probably pay it every once in a while, but totally not the same price point.
Except Europe, that's more expensive. Asian countries are poor so compared with USD and local currency conversion rates their food will be cheaper in comparison.
I noticed tonight that when i watch your videos i have a smile on my face the whole time. i would love to eat so much u have done and im so happy that u get to. i live vicariously threw u...lol
to be honest as a malaysian i can honestly say eat how you want. We all have our unique way of eating. Like i love mixing my prata with all condiments, meaning sambal with curry and dhal all in one. Or even mixing in half chili half noodle in chilli pan mee. There is no rules, really just eat how you want and how you enjoy.

Tell everybody it's worth $20." They try it w/ vacations and resorts too. That's why I can't stand people who rave about everything.

Have been binge watching these videos the last week while being on my diet. Not the best idea, but kind of falling in love with Mike and alllllll the food omg.
Kayu Nasi Kandar is kinda a tourist trap - more on the expensive side but imo not quite the best Penang has to offer. Try out Restoran Rafee in Pulau Tikus (get the fried chicken), Tajudin Hussein in Little India (get the lamb korma and ayam ros, ask for extra coconut sambal too) , and a nasi kandar Ali IPD (also get the fried chicken) metal push cart beside the Balai Polis Jalan Dato Keramat, and Nasi Kandar Kampung Melayu. If you ever return outside of Ramadhan, you should definitely search out Nasi Campur Awie (get the fried chicken/catfish and their awesome sambal belacan) and Nasi Campur Rozee (get the pajeri nenas and masak lemak cili padi) - they're open for lunch, best arrive around 11 or the dishes would be sold out.
