Yes the EB CN grainer is MT. About 11,000 tons empty.

I was just curious, I've been watching a lot of train videos from Norway and Sweden and it looks like this line was once electrified. At least the line on the other side of the river.

What you are seeing are slide detectors which will set off alarms and change signals so trains don’t get involved with slides and washouts.
