Those white platforms (newer snow/sand/rock sheds i'm guessing) are kinda neat. "Yeah, don't mind us, we just like driving trains through ancient Greek temples, brings good luck, or something like that."

Incredible trains. I always wonder how such a long train stays on the tracks and doesnt try to straighten out. Excuse my ignorance but are the intermediate and rear locos controlled from the lead loco or by separate engineers?
The crew was pretty considerate stopping the spray when you were within a certain distance. Can't help but wonder if you were a nuisance for them being too close to the tracks on some shots.
