have u thought of removing the door and just put a white curtain, love this video. i did my decluttering vids but its all over the place bcoz its just too hot (32 degrees celcius everyday). cant do it in a day hahaha
That’s a great idea! I think if it was my forever home I defo would consider doing that, but since I’m just in a rental I don’t really want to make a lot of cosmetic changes as I don’t know how long I’ll be here. Ahh 32 is veryyyyy hot for a declutter! Hope it went well! 🫶
Painful to watch. Maybe you were not in the right mindset. It’s hard to watch someone go through a closet full of clothes they keep for memories, clothes they don’t like or wear but keep anyway. It’s fine to keep the memory items, but store them somewhere else. You should only keep the items you love and wear, even if you only end up with 50 items. It is distracting to keep items you don’t wear in your closet.
It's hard to let go, especially all at once. This was my initial declutter of my closet and I did my best to clean out what I could in the moment but watching back realised there were items I knew I could let go of. Since filming, as I get dressed I've been making more of an effort to pull out items I don't reach for, or things I was on the fence about to sell or donate. One step closer to having a closet full of pieces I love :) thanks for watching x
