I remember when people were calling ETA Nick crazy for selling all of his copies of ultimate fallout 4 in the 1600 dollar range. They thought he should have held out for more. He's laughing now.

I bought my UF4 9.8 for $350 and sold it for $3k.

Back during the hysteria people were actually saying UF4 was going to reach AF15 tier. Delusional.

Falling prices only sucks for sellers. It's great for buyers and collectors!

Indeed - an UF4 just went for $965 with shipping….and good analysis on 60 year fan base. Book will still drop more. Winter Soldier, Vengeance, Iron Man completely agree - Ghost Rider will always be tough to value as it fluctuates like crazy but it seems to me always a buy to have in your PC during a price dip. Thank you for the updates and recommendations.

Put the $$ of these modern books into Golden Age. Don't waste it on a modern book.

X-Men 1 7.0 just sold for $40,000 on eBay. And how about the record sale of the first appearance of the green goblin amazing Spider-Man, 14 9.6. Sold for $50,000 on Comic Link.. the fair market value is $35,000. Anyway, if you don’t have a high grade fantastic, four 48 you better pick that up ASAP because now Galactus is definitely in the fantastic four movie of course Shalla Ball . Yes, you will definitely see the real Silver Surfur. I’m glad I didn’t sell my 9.6..

The newsstand of the winter soilder is the copy to own….only 4-5% of the print run was newsstand…I think they did away with the “newsstand” around this time period.

I always was stunned that vengeance and that iron man got as high as they did. Who were the hoards of fans of these characters? Well there weren’t any it was all sellers trying to get ahead and sadly for them someone got left holding a $120 book after having spent close to 2k

Yeah, 80,000 is definitely not a low print run, there's an Invincible key that only 5610 were ordered, that's a low print run.

The only chance that UF4 reaches those highs again is if the next Todd McFarlane takes over a Miles Morales book and it becomes more popular than ASM. So, not impossible, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Appreciate your videos because they are honest…. I have a marvel spot Night coincidentally in a 7.0 and I have ultimate fallout one in a 9.8. I’m keeping both for the next 20 years so I’m not worried if it goes up or down because I enjoy them in my comic room. Nelly💪

The only book worth owning on this list is MS5. Everything else is crap. Even UF4. Too many copies.

other than Miles all are C list characters. Think Miles has room to be more valuable than others not so much.

Did you see cgc s inside the grading video? Got to be the most unprofessional video ever. Girl says grading doesn't require training or experience. It based on eye appeal. The same defect in different spots can cemetery change the grade.....what is cgc doing? Proving how subjective their grades are?

I really dont understand the appeal of some of these characters like Miles Morales or Riri Williams. They are just imitations of original characters and not special in any way. As far as Morales, who really cares about yet another Spider-Man? There's like a dozen main Spider People now in Marvel and probably an infinite number of alternate universe ones. It's literally the opposite of special. For Riri, it's just another dumb "super genius" character who can apparently take a toaster and some duck tape and make an Iron Man suit out of it. Oh and she's like 15 years old, because I mean why not. I know it's comics, but can they at least try and have some logical thinking involved in these characters' creation? Oh, wait, maybe it's "Black Girl Magic"... or something.
