@@SunnyChickenChick yes that seems to be the case in your area, newer roofs! I work for 2 property managers in 32904 area code and they had me inspect all of their roofs. I’ve got to rebuild 17/21 roofs for them and they are all just a year or two old… it sucks but at least insurance covers it this time 🤦🏼♂️
