All the food you introduced made me drool so bad and I wish I could find these yummilicious Hong Kong Chinese food here in where I live. 😋That will definitely quench my thirst! You did it brilliantly and I hope you hv your vlogs frequently like daily? 🥴one thing I wanna ask is if it’s possible to hv Chinese captions so that I hv por por to watch you during the day. She will be so thrilled to see you for sure! What a unique way to be able to see you so far and yet so close on tv screen every day during our lunch and dinner time. Ps Hong Kong milk tea really reminds me of Malaysian teh Tarik which literally means pulled tea.
@JaniceFung
@JaniceFung 4 года назад
oh i see, thanks for letting me know! i had teh tarik at ho jiak in haymarket the other day and it reminded me of HK milk tea, though i found teh tarik a little sweeter
@Seele2015au
@Seele2015au 4 года назад
@@JaniceFung Teh tarik is a little different because the tea is "pulled" with milk already in it; the agitation works like churning milk, giving it a slight separation of its fat content (think churning milk to obtain butter), that explains the characteristic smoothness.
