The amount of pasta he ate alone impressed me. I'm a HUGE pasta lover and when it comes to me eating solo, I usually eat between 300 - 400 grams which is for me is enough to make me full but calculating the 4 pounds to grams he ate 1800 grams which is more than 4 TIMES THE PASTA I usually eat which is insane. Props to Matt

That's actually really good looking pasta! Chicken Parmegiana is American though, not actually an Italian dish, it is based on parmigiana di melanzane (I think its called eggplant parm in English or something) with a cotoletta (breaded meat) inside.
