I’m over 4 years late but I love kale. New challenge is 1.5 cups of kale, half stick of butter, Cook it well after cutting up into fine pieces with 3 tables spoons of salt and 3 tables spoons of pepper with 1.5-2 dozen eggs. Add cheese as desired. I’d recommend 1-2 cups of cheese. Cheese, salt, and pepper should be added when cooking is almost done. Will taste great
