That was complete BS by Avi. Adrian brought up a great point and said kick any dealers out, and Avi just passive aggressively goes "Nooo" I was like WTF!? That Avi guy is a clown in my opinion. You don't want dealers stealing all of your customers. Absolutely nothing wrong with putting "No dealers" in the rules of the group. Not a good look from Avi...

Pertaining to the FB group (which I’m not a part of), you can monitor “key words or phrases”. So if someone says, “I can get that for you”, it will notify you of the key word then you can delete the comment. I know this video is from two years ago, so I’m sure y’all have figured this out by now. I didn’t even know y’all had a group. I’m going to join now!

Absolutely great video guys! I ran my own company for 25+ years and I just love your set up, the interaction, meetings, hustle, atmosphere etc, and there's no point in even trying to compare to TPG. Have the group admins set up alerts for certain words to catch the dealers trying to sell within your Facebook group. Works perfectly and you’ll catch them every time!

Love this episode as with all the others. However I do think it was in poor taste to label this episode Someone's Getting Fired. Even if that person isn't the right fit for the job, it's still their livelihood and I think it was unprofessional to label the episode that way. You can get plenty of views without a title like that. I think if anyone else at LB was in this same position they'd agree. I understand you only want the best, but there's no need to stoop to this level.

I run a couple Facebook groups and can it's not always easy to vet people. Some people have thier profiles set on private, some people will create a new profile to hide thier actual identity. There are lots of other ways that someone you don't want can sneak in. You can't stop them, you can only try and stay on top of removing offenders.

At least now he fits in. I'm not sure about US standards, but IMO they're all badly dressed. Roman looks like an aging ecstasy dealer, Nick wears whatever free shirt fits him, Adrian always looks like a gym bro whereas Alex has teen hood mentality and thinks wearing "expensive" stuff with big logos is the way to go. Avi and Anna are probably the best dressed people there, the rest have no right to make fun of anyone's fashion choices ...
