This is also my favorite part of this episode. The kind of care and genuine concern Roman shows for the success of his team is in one word....Remarkable. Beyond impressive it is a classy characteristic that is lost on most that haven't had to struggle. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't jealous. This kind of thing just doesn't happen in large corporations. The best reason to work for a small private company and an even better reason to work for Roman Sharf. No bull....that is about as real as it gets. Roman looks out for his people like family. The bond doesn't get and stronger than that. It's also the best way to get the absolute dedicated best from every one of your employees. Big love Roman....Big love

BIG plus on Roman here.. fan for life 100% because of this single part. Talking money with younglings is difficult especially in the financial investing/saving department when they aren't ready. I do it with my employees and I always try to keep on them when possible and give advice where it is needed but it's always is a challenge, because when I give them my personal examples it feels like I'm bragging but I'm just trying to teach them they need to start ASAP.

Roman I have to give you a standing ovation. You are living proof that not all business owners have employees to make bigger profits for them. You genuinely care about your people. I’ve never seen or heard of a boss sitting down with their employee and talking to them about financial literacy. It looks like you really want your people to make their lives better. Unfortunately most people in this world have not been taught about the reality of money. Roman you are a great man and when I am capable of becoming your customer I will. Denis Situation: Since the beginning, I thought his purpose was always a question mark. He came to help the process which Roman has set up, yet there is nothing necessarily to fix. (Roman should have known this part) Obviously he was hired to help the CS side but what does that mean and why did it fail? CS is customer service which means answering general inquries (dms, phone calls etc) I think thats a great position to have someone in but how did he not succeed in that aspect? Just a lot of question about what he wants to gain from the business.

Onion restaurant and Hospitality management and I've had my fair share of people come in saying I know this I can get this and when I get them hired in and trained up there still asking questions or they want to go home early and questions and all that's fine but when you're trying to find every excuse to not be at work when I really need you we're complaining about the work I do give you. With me I was brought up under an Italian executive chef and I had the proof that I wanted to be his number two guy I had to prove how much I wanted to be there how much I wanted to gain the experience that he could pass down to me. Somebody in his position has all the knowledge he has all the answers and he's not going to give them to just anybody. I see similarities between you and my childhood mentor you guys have the same kind of character the same kind of tough love but then again you won't to be there to make sure that when we do succeed with opportunities you don't want us to squander that opportunity if we put all that work in. And I have so much respect for you what you did for Alex I never had anybody tell me about what I need to do with my financial future and learn all that on my own. Great video. Love the way you help your crew. Fatherly advise without being to forceful and demanding. Exactly what the younger crowd needs help with because they don’t teach it in school.

Roman helping his workers get the most out of their paycheck is so damn awesome 😎 Please excuse the language. I think it just goes to show how much he really care’s about the people around him.Respect brother 🤙🏽

Leadership is not always about being in charge. Sometimes it's about taking care of the people in your charge.

I've said this before on another video; I'd "kill" to have an opportunity to work with this crew in this market. I live in a third world country (engligh-speaking) on the other side of the world, so perhaps I have a different perspective to the young guys they're hiring over there, but I get so frustrated just looking at all the amazing opportunities they throw away. If I had half the opportunities they have in that sales team....I'd work my damn ass off with a smile on my face. And a shout out to Alex; he's clearly learning and doing well. Keep it up bro. Look over your shoulder sometime...there's a thousand guys out there who'll gladly do what you do (so dont f it up!)

So awesome to see my man Chris getting a job there, thanks Roman and Co. He's a solid dude. Also your guy who isn't sure what he wants to do, I can't fault him, I think we've all been there.
