Love ya Victor!! You do a lot for those of us that can battle depression etc at times. It's more than just ann avg fishing video. I think u know what I mean. I always include your safety and safe travels in my prayers bud!! Keep doing what you are doing!!! Living the dream!!
i get massive seasick and motion sick and coupled with my legs not working anymore, i live vicariously through these videos. makes me want to deck my wheelchair out with something to fish on shore for real
Weird question/statement, but if you live near Cleveland Ohio I’d help take you fishing to the spots I enjoy! I remember craving fishing when I had a knee surgery and I couldn’t go. Not on the same level at all but I understand how you feel.
Love you victor everything you do has had a huge impact on fishing for me and it’s turned into one of my biggest hobbies. I even got a 20ft bay boat and I go fishing every weekend. Thank you so much. Keep killin it! ❤
That sailfish was huge! You said 60” for the filet. I am 5’2” (62”). I think I said, “Holy crap,” out loud after you said it.😂 Where did you learn to cook? I feel like you are a trained chef. Awesome video! Thank you for sharing your recipes and all the wonderful memories you are making with Brook and your families!
Great video; I caught a 525 Blue Marlin next to that rock out of Puerto Vallarta on a live Bonita. 4hr stand up fight. Couldn’t straighten my arms for a week they were so sore. Highlight of my entire fishing career.
Awesome stuff Vik. Fingers crossed for a great wedding for you and Brooke, you and Jamie have put Puerto Vallarta on my bucket list. For the sailfish: might be an idea to cook a thicker piece using either sous vide or dry brining. I use sous vide for massive, thick pieces of bull redfish, which also usually have a ton of sinew. Works wonders. Dry brining + grilling is my favorite way to do any thick pieces of lean fish like AJ, the brine gives you way more margin for error with overcooking.
Jaime is a great captain because it’s clear he shares his client’s excitement and he manages the boat so well. Sailfish is not the best tasting fish you’ll catch in Mexico and like Marlin it’s probably best smoked. My wife caught a 140 lb. sailfish on our honeymoon and wanted to keep it and we had it mounted 😩. When they took her picture with the fish the photographer said “say pinnocha” and the entire marina broke out laughing.
Best couple on RU-vid by far . I absolutely love these two. I start my day out by watching you guys catch n cook for an hour and can’t get enough of it I’d watch it all day if I could . Im born and raised in Florida (west palm beach) on the water and grew up fishing , it’s my passion. Now I’ve been in Ohio for 10 years and haven’t got to return to drop even one bait 😢 so I live three you guys on RU-vid
You have almost single-handedly got me into this-currently negotiating for a 26’ walk around for the Chesapeake-if it works out I can’t wait to take the kiddos out😊
Another amazing video!!! Another way to do the capers is flash fry them and they pop out like a flower and they are crispy and salty goodness on your fish both raw and cooked fish!!!! Love the channel and keep doing what you are doing cause we enjoy your content very much!!!
Great time to be in Puerto Vallarta with Halloween and then Dia de los Muertos... in just a couple months, the whales will be in the bay and is an amazing sight. The tacos are amazing and most places they cost between 50 cents to $1 at most. Best wishes to you both.
what a catch!!!!!!! Glad you guys are loving Mexico!! and yea Marlin is delicious, its probably one of my favorite fish. you dont eat it often but when you do you know its some special ocasion!

U making me zo hungry. The first time I went deep sea fishing I was sick as a dog. When we anchored and that boat got to rocking it was a wrap for me. But I did get over it and the best trip ever.
Vic you gotta get her some sea bands. I used to get sick every trip and I went fishing every weekend with my father before he passed. I was introduced to sea bands in the early 90s and I haven't been sick since wearing them and I used all the sea sick things nothing worked except sea bands. If you own a boat get a few pairs of sea bands. They work wonders and everyone will have a good time. Great video Vic the fishing in Mexico is amazing they have some big fish. Thanks for sharing your great trip.
It looks like a great place. Good to see you're doing something different - keeps you from getting burned out! Surfs up🏄♂️🏄. Congratulations on the sailfish!🤙 So wedding is soon - what's up date?
Awesome video as usual! You are becoming one of my favorite RU-vidrs to watch. All love from a fellow Floridian! Which sunglasses are the blue ones you are wearing in this video?
Very nice video great catch , I know Victor you like to try lot of recipes, next time try deep fry skin fish the one with no scale like mahy mahy , pompano, very popular outside USA . Victor keep up the good work!
Woohoooo! Jaime has been busy, I just watched another channel who was there. I'm currently in negotiations with my fishing buddy on a hopeful trip to High Tides. 🎣 🎉
We enjoyed watching this video and interested in this all inclusive fishing trip. We were wondering, in your experience, what are the best times of the year for fishing in Puerta Vallarta (excluding this time of year since you proved it is good - lol)? Also, we reviewed the pricing and curious to know if there are additional fees depending on species of fish we would want to target (i.e. roosterfish/ sail fish). Thank you.
Very nice video victor that’s look’s so delicious it’s very good eating fish and those tacos al pastor my favorites I love it I’m been watching your videos since you started fishing in juno pier you was a little boy lol I wish I have the opportunity to meet you guys god bless y’all
@@alexanderren1097 i mean no harm in my comment... it is good to see yall having do much fun ... with out yall I would never see the kinds of fish and fun that yall have
Always enjoy watching Victor's videos. Always him wearing those cool lon sleeve white T-shirt he's known for with the Landshark logo. But this is the first time I've seen one get dirty:-) :-)
Might have to start trolling goggle eyes back in Fl! I’m from Fl and have been fishing with high tides, specifically Gabriel on board the rooster fish. We caught a nice striped marlin and two 50+inch dolphin all on goggle eyes in PV!!
I love fishing. Unfortunately i have only been deep sea fishing once and never will again. The good thing was i was able to catch a nice mai mai. The bad news was my sister and i got real sea sick and we both were puking at the same time on the same side of the boat.....lets just say it was very windy and my sister was at the back.
I loved this video. Not too far from where my family is from. The best part though was seeing authentic al pastor tacos. I don't know why they don't allow al pastor tacos prepped on the spinning meat cooker here in California.
Fished that rock years ago watching acre's of yellowing an sails blasting the waters just awesome fishing. You guys have to go Zipline the big papa . 2 nd largest in the world years ago . Think the last line is almost a mile long . Respect an God Bless from Readyville Tn.
Brook, try first your little finger putting pressure behind either ear or both at the same time. Different effects with each person, can’t hurt to try though.
