I was interested in the mode until I realized it wasn't actually that fast. They marketed this mode as if they were finally going to do some crazy, end of expansion mode where they let people have fun in an overpowered way, and it's hardly different.

It makes no sense that once you have 346 gear every upgrade level after costs the same amount(38k), they could've just made the cost scale all the way up to max.

Right, do you want to pick up the mounts/mogs or do you want to upgrade your gear.

Or they could add a 0 to every source of bronze so both upgrades and collectibles are easier to obtain.

thats a bad idea. Cause my Warrior lv70 have ca. 250% Exp gain and my lv70 Boomie has 500+% Xd

I thnk they were originally supposed to be. otherwise i dont know why they sell them at the vendors. The cloak was also supposed to be for every character, but they yanked that away.

Yep! I confirmed this yesterday, even though they show being weekly in the raid lockouts UI they reset each day.

There shouldn't even be lockouts. Let people farm, for christ's sake. It's what WoW players love to do. Hell, it's what MMO players in general love doing.

@@Crowald lockouts set reasonable restrictions for self limitation. There are are things I want/need to do and if there is no lockout then I will feel as if I am missing out if I am not farming all day every day without taking any breaks.

Same here. Not spending bronze on gear at all. Saving for the mogs I want and when I get them all, I'm done.

Yeah I'm here to hyper level characters and get mounts that luck never got me. That's it. All the gear and perceived power will be gone in TWW, so I'm not bothered to farm out gear level. As for cosmetics, Eeeh. I'm here for mounts.

Missing out on an exploit is no real loss.

It’s ok they have a new code in the works that sniffs out people that exploited the frogs and have roll back measures in place 😂 that’s over 13 hours of farming to get removed 😂

This is precisely what they should have done. Upgrades could have cost normal gold rewarded for every quest an humanoid kill.

Not disagreeing with you, but also, as of late there's been *too* many f'ing currencies in WoW.

God no. Then at one point you might get useless currencies. Imagine you played during mop, you have many of the sets and many of the mounts. That currency would be almost utterly useless. All Blizz has to do is slightly decrease the bronze cost of the middle ilvl after 446 and slash the costs in half for the early upgrades after 446.

It's not a moral issue. Thought it would be NICE if they did.

Yep, and Blizzard's not going to do anything about the gap either. They'll give those of us who missed out on it tiny breadcrumb morsels that make no meaningful or impactful change just to say they're doing something. I didn't care about people doing the frog farm, I care that they took it away after the damage was already done, essentially creating two classes of players and putting an impassible wall between them. If they had no intentions of a rollback, they should have just left it as is so we all had a level playing field. This whole game mode was meant to be fun, that's it (and it was even advertised about you being OP) not some new end game content grind, I mean we're grinding decade+ old content ffs lol.

@@DarkonDraco I'm not currently playing this event but somehow it doesn't surprise me that there's a completely impassable barrier between "People who did X" and "People who didn't" in a piece of additional content supposedly based around having fun. Elitism is for retards. Left alone, Warcraft players will optimize the fun out of everything. If Blizzard want new players to onboard to the event at any point between now and when it ends, they have to do the rollback, plain and simple. Otherwise, I'll keep my sub money and just resubscribe to XIV instead of wasting my time. Getting bashed and rejected from groups because I was late to the party and don't have 12 million fucking HP/100k main stat doesn't sound fun, it sounds like an absurdist metaphor for Classic.

Blizzard 😂 has already said they have a new code that found all the frog farmers and will do “ what needs to be done “ ❤ RIP frog farmers and the mentally disabled amount of time you spent getting there 😂😂😂😂😂

That's why I said a few hours. (Probably 5-6 hours) I went from 8k to 19k by the time i stopped. While I did go to both zones. I primarily spent my time in Jade Forest. I just circled the zone and by the time i came back around, the bronze orbs respawned. Rinse and repeat :) keep in mind the bigger orbs dropn 20-25 bronze​. Plus the smaller ones drop 6-14? @@DR-fc1ey i mean to be honest, you know the euhm shado pan dungeon, the explodey adds, i got hit for like 90% of my hp with one of them at like 68 and in the jade temple dungeon the boss the sun version, he shot an arrow at me for 70% of my hp, also i'm actively doing less and less damage the higher level i get, marginally so its still not fixed

Yeah I think its amazing! I did not play mop so its new and fresh. And I can get some mounts that have not dropped in 10 years for me. So im going all in on all fun quests, farm bronze and get moore mounts. Then I will go for transmogs. I also heard rumors that when the events is almost over. They will change the bronze so you get even moore.

Why? It doesn't affect you at all.

Its been 8 days and ive already reached 60k stamina on my fury warrior without frog farming... ive literally just been questing
