I love how casually confident the employee is, because he already knows that they are only rocking the best in the industry, so he has every reason to look proud. That is a BEAUTIFUL RV. #Dreams
I gotta admit, this thing looked far superior from outside then from the inside. These 1980 style interiors need to change, they don’t just look retro anymore, they look archaic. Also, how the heck do you get from the driver cabin to the back of the unit? Crawling over the sofa?
Why do Americans love those super outdated kitchen cabinets designs. God, pls. Time change no? Those things are in every where...from houses to Rvs... awful.
The set up looks great... for 7 person RV all Beds in the front, kitchen dining middle, bathroom back... this is the design im looking for... but the interior needs a modern look...
That bumper is what we in Canada call a moose bumper, in Australia they call it a roo bar. They are definitely not for show, you hit a white-tail with that and the deer explode leaving zero-little damage to your rig.
The reason for this price is because this is a 4x4 motorhome and not a expedition vehicle. Expedition vehicles have a lot more batteries, solar ,water purification systems etc.
9:15 I'd prefer some independent seats there to have access to the back from the driving cab with out having to get out to get to the back, like I do in mi semi truck 🚛
Wow this is easily the best 4x4 extreme motorhome I've ever seen and the layout is perfect. I would way rather have larger living space, kitchen and bathroom rather than a bedroom taking up half the space. Absolutely brilliant!
@@evanselaban7058 American companies* Most american RVs look so ugly inside and look kind of crappy and non-functional. I don't understand why it cannot look modern and normal
This rv is made by Showhauler in Indiana. All of their coaches are custom made. The sidewalls are 2X3" steel tubing. Not bonded fiberglass like those 1 mil dollar coaches. This thing can roll over and still be driven. Do that in those $1,000,000 coaches and take it to the scrap yard. I would rather have a 2 person cab and a bed in the back but like I said: These are custom made so somebody wanted it configured like this. I would opt for the 500 HP with 40k winches to pull it out of bad situations. As to interiors. you get whatever you like and pay for.
@@joshuacolbert3369 Nah, I would say it's still more Power Wagon level. Don't let the phat tires fool you. It's basically just your typical medium duty Freightliner, but it's a 4x4 and has serious off-road bits added on. It's still not a military grade vehicle.
@@mark7067 True. Our electric company thats local deals with all 4x4s and those tires on their service trucks. They also have 1 ton trucks, 40ft PJ trailers and $100,000 tracked skid steers with mulching heads. Quite the setups, but what do you eexpect for a rural service company.
I need this kind of RV in my life! I own a 30 ft RV, but I live in Alaska and we've already gotten over a foot of snow. There's no way my RV can get around safely in the snow, and we plan on living in the RV fulltime someday but when we can't get around almost half the year it really dampens those plans.
“Military tires! So impressive, such a beast!” Civilians think military anything is so rugged and powerful. Shit is so old and beat tf up in the military that when I hear military grade I’m thinking it’s shittier than normal.
Outside looks badass, inside looks like the typical 70s interior. The Host Mammoth truck camper has a dark scheme that would look amazing in this giant truck.
That's tight! I thought it would have solar, I thought it would be more high end inside. But you can't argue this is safe, strong, and built like a military type truck.
Finally found a motorhome I could enjoy and that's my lifestyle. I enjoy off-grid living. Unfortunately it's out of my price range in this lifetime maybe next one will work out better.
I always had a screwball idea of using a Volvo VNL 70" sleeper with a custom sleeper with a frame extension that you could put a custom box on the back and store two classic cars in a duplex configuration. Like how they transport on Wayne Carini's show. I know it sounds wild but just think of it, probably close to 850 to 900k.
Yeah but who has seen a RV with light strips underneath i personally like this RV and i dont know why there is so much negativity this a great mobile who ever built this design your amazing
I was hooked with the look of the exterior, but the interior design is incredibly disappointing. No character, not a great utilisation of space...and for $350,000? They should study van builds and see how it's done.
I'd put run flat wheels inside those tires and bulletproof glass coated outside with Kevlar bulletproof plastic. End times war RV paint it white and put some Defences on it shock handles smoke Device and a few other Devices
For that price, they should have reworked the bathroom and all that storage across from the kitchen so that at least a queen bedroomwould fit in the back, as well as making the dinette able to convert to a bed, that being said, it is a nice rugged rig.
Just imagine how safe you would feel riding down the road in this cool truck..... Like one has anything to do with the other.......... Nice paint I bet it goes faster
It's worth the price ur not gonna have break downs with this beast as you would with conventional RV .. Built 💪 it's the one to buy if ur gonna go all the way..that engine alone will give ya a million miles if maintained right..
Two things I would change. No dinette, put theatre seating there. Then sofa/ bunk area put a Murphy bed there. I guess I would go big on solar also but the sofa in the cab I would delete that and and most of the overhead bunk so you could enter the cab from the back, and on each side throw a domestic 100 quart freezer on each side to run with more food.
Show me a man who has worn out a set of those Michelin XZL tires, and I’ll show you a man who is envious of his travels. (Drools like Homer Simpson in a donut factory)
Lets be honest....the only land this thing is traversing is the HWY. With its wheelbase and weight it would be lucky to get anywhere remote that doesnt have paved roads.
I’m always surprised as to the size of the bathrooms and kitchens in vehicles like this. Often when you’re off road, which is what these are designed for, you do a lot of cooking on an outside unit. The amount of space this kitchen takes up is unbelievable. I also understand wanting a decent bathroom but, again, the amount of space taken up by a back end head like this is interesting especially when you consider the main bunk is in the overhead with a flat screen positioned where you could kick it during the night. A far better design could be had.
Love everything about the truck. The living compartment has to be upgraded, seriously. Not bad but antiquated for sure. And where's the solar? Hope you upgrade next year's model.
This Thing isnt made for offroading. The chassis will flex underneath the cabin und will tear it apart. If you really wanna use that offroad chassis you will have to place the cabin on a seperate frame that can flex independently form the truck chassis.
Well, it's not made for rock crawling or anything that extreme. But I can bet with both front and rear lockers, it will trudge through some mud, sand, and over some pretty rough trails.
Just like the Army's big trucks. I would at least drag a diesel pickup with the largest winch in case it got stuck! Dry camping in National Parks anyone?
You would be surprised. These trucks dont flex that much overall. There are 2 companies that build these type of rigs. 1. Earthroamer 2. Expaditionvehicles Both use these trucks and reinforce the chasis. If they didnt, it would shred itself apart going over a dimply curb.
It's ... interesting. Not anywhere as well equipped as a Renegade. Some strange choices where made with fitments. The lack of a real bed caused the quick dump I wager. Still, the Super C is the RV of choice correctly configured if you can afford one. The dealer is far more important with these type units than almost anything else.
I would like one like this scaled down 50% to a mini version , van size with highier suspension and add few things, like winches on front & back , gravell screens on windshield & windows. Swivellarm assist on the roof to help change tires.
Or refrigerator, or stove, or oven. That sliding bench seat in the crew cab looks extremely uncomfortable, as it did not lay flat. I feel a neck cramp coming on.....
@@stevemorris3710 Let's be real here, 7 people can't sleep in this thing. The in-cab excuse for a bed looks like it would destroy someone's neck and spine. The sofa bed looks similarly bad. The over-cab bed has the world's most useless foam for a mattress. The bed over the sofa looks like someone can't actually fit into it well. . Moreover the 2 beds above stuff look impossible to get into because there is no apparent ladder anywhere and they are very high up. . If someone wants something they can actually sleep people in, there are better options out there for significantly less money than this tubby example of everything wrong with America.
You missed the cedar lined closet! Seriously though, that is unique, very unique. The quality is definitely up there. Do I want/lust for it?........naw, not my cup of tea. But thanks for showing. Here in OR, I see one or two of similar styled units roll down the highway every summer and I always wondered about the creature comforts. Kinda what I expected, high quality in a Spartanish way 😎
Just to let you know, those military tires are heavy, it's a two man operation to change them, I've changed tires like those in the desert not fun at all, I would say it "might be easier" here in the states to change. Great job as always!!
We call the “bumper” a bullbar in Australia and they are a must for any vehicle that is going to drive out of the cities. I have hit 4 kangaroos, 1 emu and one wild pig whilst driving.
I like the outside AND the inside .. The inside is nice and simple .. Don’t like the bed blocking my access to the cab from the living quarters .. A big plus is that you gave me the price ..
I can only imagine how much this thing rattles off-road considering the cabinetry is basic & not meant for an offroad vehicle. So much potential but a huge let down once the camera panned inside
Also the rear overhang doesn't look good. It wouldn't be able to go to all of the same places a Land Rover can. The entry angles would be noticeably reduced by the uber-long stretch of body from the rear wheels.
I'm from Michigan and the heat in Michigan feels hotter than the heat in Vegas believe it or not. The humidity is what does it. Yes I've been to Vegas and also lived in Florida for a while. Humidity sux lol. And winters in Michigan feel colder than anywhere I've lived and I now live in Washington state
Always wanted an RV that was tough enough to handle whatever Mom Nature throws at it. 4wheel drive. Something to point its nose into the wildnerness, and get 100% lost for months. Maybe years....
