This is episode 27 of my Scavengers Life Series. It's also Part 2 of the work being done to build my very first Mega Ship.
I'm always looking for feedback on how to improve my videos so please don't hesitate to drop some ideas, tips, or any other comments in the section below.
Space Engineers is a sandbox game about engineering, constructing, and maintaining creations in space.
Players build and pilot space ships, construct space stations, and mine for raw materials utilizing a volumetric physics engine.
All objects can be assembled, disassembled, repaired, damaged, and destroyed in this space-based free roam game.

You build ships like I do, from the inside out. That way you know you've got enough room for all of the stuff. As far as the Build and Repair [B.A.R.] is concerned, it has a grind color which is a weird pinkish purple color by default. It helps to keep your personal inventory from getting overfilled. Just paint a block that color and they will make it go away. Also, there is a companion script for the B.A.R. that will cue up a assembler for needed components if they are not in inventory. Keep the storage full of ingots and they will take care of the rest. Search the workshop for Nanobot Build and Repair System Queuing / Display / Scripting

You asked, so I will give you a few observations . I'm sure you meant subsystems, not sub grids. A bit of advice when using build and repair. Never compete with the bots for plates to build , just grind some materials from finished blocks and let the bots repair it . I would suggest more gyros (easier to remove the extras than trying to add after the build). Same as Jump Drives , I'd suggest at least 6 for a ship this size . It's really nice to see the ship taking shape . Keep going. You're doing great.

How do neighbour, Looking good, couple things to consider, a ship of that mass and size is going to need more than 2 jump drives, somewhere in the region of 8 to 10 for any sizable jump. Secondly, mixing block types, light and heavy will take significant defamation and damage from each other when they Take damage and deform, you are definitely on the right path, I have over 1000 hours in the game and I'm still learning 😅 and I still haven't fully built a massive ship that is 100% good to go, I have come close a few times but that's the fun of it 😀 we will haveto have a meet and blueprint share one day... keep up the great things you are doing, you rock... do you have a Discord?? take care, be safe...
