Cool video. I did something like this on Siptah, found a spot right off the water that a drawbridge could reach to the foundations on the shore. Did a nice Nemedian architecture factory. 3 stories high, archer ledge all around, & a trap door with an underwater vault. Did not know about dropping foundations to support that, it took so many attempts to get the height just right.

You continually impress me with your designs! Is there a reason you pick certain building styles/materials (i.e. black ice/arena)? Functionality or merely aesthetics? Or perhaps random?
Thank you. I specifically chose the components for this base because they are protected against the cold. But most of the time I use it for aesthetic purposes.
