Mast-o Khiar (Persian Cucumber & Yogurt Dip) 

Hi friends, hope you are doing well. If I don't see you until the Persian New Year, I want to say Eid-e Shoma Mobarak and also, Ramadan Mubarak.
Today we are making a simple vegetarian and often served appetizer called "Mast-o Khiar which is Persian Cucumber and Yogurt Dip.
